In principal, the Windam was more than capable for giving ZAFT the fight of their life. In the show, it was Leo but more stylish.

Another impressive review. To be honest, it is actually good that Bandai started making this grunt suits with today's technology. They are pack w/ impressive parts, articulations & gimmicks for a budget model kits. Just a few cleanups & panel lines & they already look awesome & ready for battle pose on your display cabinets. Its a shame that some expensive kits nowadays are kinda dull compare to this. Hoping Bandai will give us more grunt suits like this & the MG G-Self which most fans are eager to buy for... :-)
I've had the HG build strike (which was based on the new HGCE Strike) the build is good on that one. The arms has it's own inner frame
I loved his matches back in the 80s with Flair. (Barry Windham, get it?)
I bought the Justice gundam and the wind am on two different occasions completely oblivious to how well they compliment each other.
My thoughts as the review moved on: The visor and V-Fin remind me HEAVILY of the V2's torso V and my personal favorite grunt-style visor. One can do so much with simply posing the head. Love the almost insect-like feet. Holy moly, single-joint low crouch dab pose AND it can cross it's arms? Yes, please!
you actually have a strike adaptor, if you still have the sky high wings their is an adaptor for a single peg to 2 slot peg

i live in germany and i cant wait to get the two kits. my Strike Freedom needs his partner the justice. And the Windam is also very nice so i will build them^^

I'm surprised they made this MS before any grunts from the first SEED series, like the GINN or Strike Dagger. Definitely not complaining though.
@@leoismaking not gonna lie, the zaku warriors are probably my favorite zaku variants in any series. they trully look like what a zaku 4 should look like. but hey, i also love the geara so i cant complain too much about it.

Hey Mecha gaikotsu like it's going to say you convinced me to buy a 30 minute missions kit and the SD Valkyrie and also the core Gundam and also the 30-minute missions kit accessory thing and I'm still waiting for it to arrive you convinced me to get the quanta Gundam full saber even though I didn't build it right I still had fun thank you for recommending these kits hopefully my allowance won't have to suffer for too long seriously I have $9 left
( edit: it is 11 pm-11am whenever just watch the video that's the kind of thing I hate about different time zones like I guess I don't know)

It seems that the ones who get the best kits nowadays are the ones made of paper armor in the series they are from.
This gunpla is so good to be customizeable

technically its the best grunts in the cosmic era. as capable as the strike, too bad, they were released at a time when everything could down the strike with a single shot...
Chiaki Morosawa happened, add Mitsuo Fukuda to the mix and you get a stormtrooper MS. If only they give SEED to anyone who is not a Star Wars fan.

yup, it's a Grunt that on paper had the same specs overall as the OG Strike, which has it been introduced in Gundam Seed it might have been a force to the reckoned with....Shame it had to come out in the dumpster fire that is Seed Destiny.

Trivia: Dragonar was considered by Sunrise as Gundam's successor and guess what? Mitsuo Fukuda, SEED and GSD director did directed some 10 episodes of Dragonar as episode director.

I love the feet! Gives me a Armored Core vibe. Armored Core actually has some great gunpla style kits too.
I love and hate Kotobukiya kits... The ACIV and ACV kits are so detailed, but you get many of the same woes as with the Frame Arms line (i.e. sunken panels/flats, poor nub placement, color inaccuracy, etc.). Most of the issues are RELATIVELY straight forward, but I've been getting spoiled with the Gundam kits I've tried lately.
Oh, a JX-25F/SJi-Dao SAF Custom with an ACV Karasawa and a AU04 Kestrel looks GOOD.
every Kotobukiya kit I ever built is trash. they fail to pose and build poorly. avoid them like the plague.

Considering it was up against Deus Ex Machina shit like the Strike Freedom and infinite justice, that's understandable. If this thing were in use in Strike's Hayday, it'd probably have performed so much better.

This kit introduced me to Gunpla and is the reason why I started collecting them. im actually so obsessed now and have over 100+ kits and a lot of rare P-Bandai kits. Forever grateful for receiving this kit for free and being bored one day and decided to build its 10/10 kit and perfect for beginners
If you have HGBC Powered arms Powereder, it has a Y adapter for that one slot for it to be able to use the 2 peg connector

I think the reason it's only compatible with older style backpacks is specifically because backpacks were it's gimmick along with the Strike. Like Destiny for example isn't necessarily designed with swapping backpacks in mind, but the Strike and Windam were which meant the designers decided what kind of detail was around the connection point. When they did that they pigeon holed the current designers into the one peg design that had been decided on at the time.
