Mecca is a LIE! Here's 10 reasons WHY!

  • We now come to our concluding episode on Mecca, and end with 10 reasons the whole story about Mecca is based on a lie, and is an utter sham historically:
    1) 70 - 300 prophets are supposedly buried there, so why can no one find them?
    2) Everything we know about Mecca comes from sources 100s of year later, & 100s of miles away.
    3) The earliest reference to Mecca is 741 AD, which is over 100 years after Muhammad!
    4) The Saudis are now cementing everything over in order to destroy and censor any evidence.
    5) Mecca's in a desert, without water; so without any people, or civilization, and thus no history.
    6) It's not on the Land Trade-route which goes along the Western plateau.
    7) It's not on the Red Sea Trade-route either.
    8) No civilizations surrounding Mecca has ever heard of it, until the 8th century.
    9) The water from the "eternal" ZamZam well is not provided by Allah, but by the USA.
    10) The 5-stages of the Hajj all include idolatrous stones, which epitomizes SHIRK!

In these past episodes on Mecca, there have been a few people who have asked why I do the majority of the speaking. A little explanation is needed here. These interviews are recordings which were carried out in the studios of Al Fadi's CIRA International Channel, and are not from Pfanderfilms. You may note the CIRA logo in the upper right corner of each video. Al Fadi had asked me to present my research on Mecca, which I do in each episode, using my own Pfanderfilms slides, something Al Fadi (like you), is hearing for the first time, thus the reason I do the majority of the speaking, while he reacts then to what he has heard.

@@alonzoharris6730 Serious scholars know that pretending Macoraba was Mecca is ridiculous. Not only do the names of Mecca & Macoraba have no relationship at all, but the city of Macoraba is located much too far south into Yemen. What actual scholars have concluded is that there is absolutely no satisfactory derivation proposed to explain the difference between the different names and different locations for Mecca & Macoraba, and that the consensus that they were the same should now be abandoned.

    • @collybever

@@alonzoharris6730 The idea of Macoraba being a synonym of Mecca dates from 1646, and was the result of faulty analysis. No one made any such connection before that. I think it would be more likely that Mecca could conceivable have been a small location associated originally with the Yemeni moon god Al Maqah, but that is also unprovable. If Mecca was a great city, it would have been a major focus of power during Ummayad and Abbasid times, but they were based where most people lived, in Syria and Mesopotomia. You could arrange a dig for these praying prophets and Adam, that would prove it was what it supposedly was, but Abraham for instance was known to be buried in Hebron, why would he travel deep into a barren semi-useless desert, he had responsibilities to his family and retainers.

THIS DEBUNKS ALL THE LIES AND RHETORIC OF JAY.
HERE IS A COPY AND PASTE from your bible study on Arabia.
Take note that they ascribe many prophets in Arabia as well and even admit that Moses with the Exodus took his sheep to celebrate a festival to the LORD in Mecca.
And I Quote from Bible Study Notes.
The chief importance of the Hijaz arises from the fact that in it are situated the two holy cities of Mecca and Medina--the cradle and the grave of the Prophet. It is thus the religious center of the Islamic world.
      2. Extinct Tribes:
Of the extinct tribes the most familiar name is that of Amlak or Amlik (Amalek). By the Arabian genealogists he is variously described as a grandson of Shem and as a son of Ham. In Genesis 36:12 he is a son of Esau's son, Eliphaz, by Timna. They are said to be first met with in Chaldea, from which they were expelled on the rise of the Assyrian power under Nimrod. They migrated into Ar, occupying in turn the Bahrein, Oman, the Yemen, and finally the Hijaz, where they are said to have been the first settlers at Yathrib (Medina) and also to have occupied land round Mecca and Kheibar.
In the time of Abraham they were expelled from Mecca on the arrival of two new tribes from the South, those of Jurhum and Katura (Genesis 25:1). Later, it is said, David, during the rebellion of Absalom, took up his quarters in Kheibar and ruled over the surrounding districts.
According to another tradition Moses sent an expedition against the Amalekites in the Hijaz, on which occasion the Israelites, disobeying his orders, spared their king Arkam (compare Rekem, Numbers 31:8; Joshua @)--a reminiscence of the incident in the life of Saul (1 Samuel 15). In any case the Amalekites were supplanted in the northern Hijaz by Jewish tribes, who continued there until the time of Mohammad.
      North Arabian Tribes:
Among the Arabs Ishmael holds the place occupied by Isaac in the Hebrew tradition. It was to the valley, afterward the site of the town of Mecca, that Abraham conducted Hagar and her son, and that Ishmael grew up and became the father of a great nation. The locality is full of spots connected by tradition with his life history, the ground where Hagar searched for water, the well Zemzem of which Gabriel showed her the place, the mount Thabir where Abraham would have sacrificed his son (Ishmael), and the graves of Hagar and Ishmael. The Jurhum, among whom Ishmael grew up, gave him seven goats:
These were the capital with which he began life. He married a woman of Jurhum. He had twelve sons (Genesis 25:16) of whom Kaidar and Nabat are the best known, perhaps the Cedrei and Nabataei of Pliny; other sons were Dumah and Tema (which see). The subsequent history of the Ishmaelites is lost for several generations until we come to `Adnan, who is said to have been defeated by Nebuchadnezzar, when the latter invaded Arabia. All the Ishmaelite tribes are descended from `Adnan. They are the north Arabian tribes, as opposed to the Kahtanite or south Arabian. One of them, Koreish, under their chief, Kosay, became master of Mecca, driving out Koda`a. Later, as the tribe of the Prophet, they became the rulers of Arabia and the aristocracy of the Muslim empire; and the descendants of Mohammad remain to this day the only hierarchy known to Islam.
      7. Foreign Elements:
In Arabia there was and still, in spite of religious disabilities, is a large Jewish population. Before the age of Mohammad they lived chiefly in the Northwest, the two best known tribes--An-Nadir and Koreiza--occupying Yathrib (Medina). After the rise of Islam they were expelled from Arabia; but at the present time there are probably some 60,000 Jews in the Yemen alone
      2. The Ka`ba, Pilgrimages and Fairs:
Though there were many houses of God in the country, the chief religious resort even before the time of Mohammad was Mecca. The House of God (see BETHEL) here was called the Ka`ba, which is the English word "cube," the building being so called from its shape. It was believed to have been built by Abraham and Ishmael. The honor of acting as guardians of the House was a subject of rivalry among the tribes. The office was held consecutively by the tribes of Jurhum, Koda`a and Koreish, and last by the grandfather and uncles of Mohammad. These, therefore, correspond to the tribe of Levi in Israel. It is said to have contained a large number of images, but it is remarkable that the nearer our authorities get to the time of Mohammad the smaller is the number of images mentioned.
The chief of these, Hubal, is not named in the Koran. The worship took the form of circumambulation (tawaf), running or marching round the sanctuary (compare Psalms 26:6). An annual visitation was and still is made by those living at a distance, and sacrifices are offered.
This is the hajj or pilgrimage; the same name is used for the corresponding rite among the Hebrews (Exodus 10:9 and often). These religious assemblies were combined with fairs, at which markets were held and a considerable trade carried on. Before the time of Mohammad the great annual fair was held at Okaz, a place still pointed out about three days' journey East of Mecca and one day West of Taif. Here were not only all kinds of commercial transactions carried on--auctions, sales, settling of accounts and payment of blood-wit, but an academy was held at which poets recited their odes, and received judgment upon their merits. These fairs were generally held in the sacred months, that is, the first, seventh, eleventh and twelfth months, in which fighting was forbidden. They had therefore a great civilizing and pacifying influence.

    Correction:
1.I suggest you do your research again on ZamZam water. Yes Acciona (which you pronounced wrong btw ) built the desalination plant that supplies Mecca as a whole and yes part of that water is mixed with ZamZam water for mass production however, the ZamZam water is there. How do I know this? Well I worked with Veolia and was part of the project, I don't need to check the internet I was there.
2.The Blackstone holds no holy value in Islam and the reason people touch and/or kiss it is following what the prophet did. Nothing about sins or whatever, it's not even part of the pilgrimage nor there is a value in touching it. You can read the practice of pilgrimage and the steps to do it and you won't find anything about the black stone.
I can go on but it's getting too long at this point.
    Thanks.
    Update: September 2023
I worked on the project again, and currently, ZamZam water is all supplied as 100% ZamZam water. (No mixing)

Islam means submission, I hope you submit enough. Hopefully Allah will wink at your rebellious acts and grant you paradise. Or he could choose to lay down the hammer and cast you away. It's Allah's choice, some rebels go to paradise while other rebels are expelled to hell. For every human is a rebel. Yet Allah winks at some and hammers others. It's no wonder why the religion of peace has so many martyr's. For in the act of martyrdom, Allah isn't fickle anymore. One rebels loss is another rebel's gain. Isn't Allah the most just and most merciful?
In my opinion Allah is severely deficient when it comes to the concept of justice, judgement, mercy and truth. He's all over the place, he's a fickle deity. For this reason alone I'll stick with the God of the Bible because he and he alone can harmonize justice, judgement, mercy and truth and he's not a respecter of persons i.e. he's not fickle. He categorically states what one must do to be right in his sight. And it isn't being good for no one is good. He knows we're all rebels. The God of the Bible refuses to wink at sin and he's willing to lay down the hammer upon all. For he is holy, holy, holy and he's not fickle.

Evidence that the original Mecca was Petra in Jordan:
The Banu Hashim were in northern Arabia, which includes Jordan. The Hashemites, who ruled Jordan in the 20th century, belonged to the Hashemite family of Muhammad.
There is no evidence of an ancient city in present-day Mecca because Mecca is not an ancient city. Between 500BCE and 300CE there are many Greek, Roman, Persian and Byzantine geographers who produced detailed maps of the Arabian Peninsula. Mecca did not exist then.
Ibn Zubair moved the Kaaba from Petra to present-day Mecca in the 9th century. Nowhere are there any descriptions of present-day Mecca before that.
It is said that Muhammad used to rest in the shade of the Sahabi tree in Jordan when he was on business in Damascus.
It is said It is between Petra and Damascus.
It is not credible that a 12-year-old boy would travel from present-day Mecca to Damascus via Jordan.
In the Makkah surahs, Petra and the surrounding areas (Jerusalem and Sinai) are described by Ad, Thamud, and the earlier prophets. These places were further away from present-day Mecca than Medina. But the description of these regions is very less what was revealed in Madinah.
The idols of Mecca such as Hubal, Lata and Manat were also worshiped in Petra. This also indicates that Petra is Mecca.
If the treaty of Aqaba with the Ansaris before the Hijra to Madinah was in Aqaba, Jordan, then it can be understood that Muhammad departed from Petra.

      NOT TO BE BIASED.
Here is an account from the Jewish Encyclopedia about the Jews in Arabia...
      >>>(my comment in brackets about this account from the Jewish Encyclopedia)
      It reads:
Second sacred city of Islam; situated in the Hijaz in Arabia, about 250 miles north of Mecca. It is celebrated as the place to which the Hegira (Mohammed's flight from Mecca) was directed, and as the capital and burial-place of Mohammed. According to Arabic tradition, Yathrib and the Hijaz were originally peopled with Amalekites, who were displaced by the Israelites. There are different accounts as to when this displacement was effected: some say that it occurred UNDER MOSES (comp. "Kitab al-Aghani," iv. 263); some, under Joshua; and some, under David, who it is stated resided in the Hijaz during Absalom's rebellion.
      >>> (HERE the Jewish scholars CONFIRMS your denial)
Jews may have settled in the Hijaz after the sack of Jerusalem by Nebuchadnezzar; and it is probable that they came in successive colonies, e.g., after Pompey's attack upon Judea (64 B.C.), after Titus' conquest of Jerusalem (70 C.E.), and again after Hadrian's persecution of the Jews (in 136 C.E.; see Arabia).
(See how long the Jews were in Arabia? They even establish a Jewish Empire there and I been to the ruins near Medina and it's still 'fresh' after 1400 yrs. These sites are still left untouched )
      Jewish Tribes at Medina.
The Jews had a very rich and flourishing settlement at Yathrib and built strongholds in the city and vicinity. The principal families were the Banu Ḳainuḳa', the Banu Ḳuraiẓa, and the Banu al-Naḍir. The latter two were known as the "Al-Kahinan," because they traced their descent from Aaron.
In the fourth century Arab tribes from Yemen began to encroach upon the Jews in Medina. They were divided into two clans, the Banu Aus andthe Banu Khazraj. By calling in outside assistance and treacherously massacring at a banquet the principal Jews, these Arab clans finally gained the upper hand at Medina toward the end of the fifth century (for date see "J. Q. R." vii. 175, note).
From this time the Jews retired into the background for about a century. About four or five years before the Hegira the Jews took an active part in the battle of Bu'ath between the Banu Aus and the Banu Khazraj. The Banu Naḍir and the Banu Ḳuraiẓa fought with the Banu Aus, while the Banu Ḳainuḳa' were allied with the Banu Khazraj. The latter were defeated after a long and desperate battle.

@@aaabrams1889 Concerning the mentioned “Jewish Empire”, I have seen mention of Jewish rule in an area known as Himyar, now roughly corresponding to that of Yemen. In his article “The Rise and Fall of a Jewish Kingdom in Arabia”, Glen Bowersock wrote: “[T]he local population converted to Judaism at some point in the late fourth century, and by about 425 a Jewish kingdom had already taken shape. For just over a century after that, its kings ruled, with one brief interruption, over a religious state that was explicitly dedicated to the observance of Judaism and the persecution of its Christian population. The record survived over many centuries in Arabic historical writings, as well as in Greek and Syriac accounts of martyred Christians, but incredulous scholars had long been inclined to see little more than a local monotheism overlaid with language and features borrowed from Jews who had settled in the area. It is only within recent decades that enough inscribed stones have turned up to prove definitively the veracity of these surprising accounts. We can now say that an entire nation of ethnic Arabs in southwestern Arabia had converted to Judaism and imposed it as the state religion. This bizarre but militant kingdom in Himyar was eventually overthrown by an invasion of forces from Christian Ethiopia, across the Red Sea … No one can look at the kingdom of Jewish Arabia without reference to the Ethiopians at Axum in East Africa, the Byzantines in Constantinople, the Jews in Jerusalem, the Sasanian Persians in Mesopotamia, or the Arab sheikhs who controlled the great tribes of the desert. Soon after 523, all these powerful interests had to confront a savage pogrom that Joseph, the Jewish king of the Arabs, launched against the Christians in the city of Najran. Joseph himself reported in excruciating detail to his Arab and Persian allies on the massacres he had inflicted on all Christians who refused to convert to Judaism. News of his infamous actions rapidly spread across the Middle East. A Christian who happened to be present at a meeting of an Arab sheikh at which Joseph had boasted of the persecution was horrified and immediately sent out letters to inform Christian communities elsewhere. When word of the pogrom reached Axum in Ethiopia, the king there-negus, as he was called-seized the opportunity to rally his troops and cross the Red Sea in aid of the Arabian Christians. But his motives were less than pure, since he and his predecessor had long cherished an irredentist ambition to invade southwestern Arabia, where Ethiopians had themselves once ruled in the third century. At the same time, the negus was able to oblige the Byzantine emperor, who had similarly more than religious motivation for attacking the Jewish Arabs of Himyar. The Persians had been supporting the Jews, and Persia was the archrival of Constantinople for control of the lands of the eastern Mediterranean … The Jewish kingdom of Arabia came to an end in 525, when the Ethiopians replaced it with a Christian kingdom of their own, but the legacy of Joseph’s persecution left its traces in the Arabic, Syriac, and Greek traditions. Persian sympathy for the Jews generally continued undiminished, particularly when they themselves managed to expel the Ethiopian overlords of Himyar on the eve of Muhammad’s birth, allegedly in 570 or thereabouts. By the time the Persians captured Jerusalem, it was their well-known preference for Jews that explains the enthusiasm with which the Jewish population welcomed the invaders into the city, even as they drove out and killed its Christians.”

      Quran 9:30 states:
The Jews say, "Ezra is the son of Allah "; and the Christians say, "The Messiah is the son of Allah." That is their statement from their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved [before them]. May Allah destroy them; how are they deluded?
      Sahih Muslim 1.352 states:
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported: Some people during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Messenger of Allah! shall we see our Lord on the Day of Resurrection?
Then the Jews would be summoned, and it would be said to them: What did you worship? They will say: We worshipped 'Uzair, son of Allah. It would be said to them: You tell a lie; Allah had never had a spouse or a son. What do you want now?
They would say: We feel thirsty, O our Lord! Quench our thirst. They would be directed (to a certain direction) and asked: Why don't you go there to drink water? Then they would be pushed towards the Fire (and they would find to their great dismay that) it was but a mirage (and the raging flames of fire) would be consuming one another, and they would fall into the Fire.
Were there Jews that actually claimed Ezra as the Son of Allah? And, is this claim even written somewhere in the past and current Jewish holy scriptures. (Torah/Tanak, Talmud and so forth)? The answer is No.
In reality, Judaism's core belief is that the nature of God is One, without offspring or independent aspects/conscious. No man can ever be worshipped as a deity, or as a "Son of God" in Judaism. To worship Ezra the scribe as the literal Son of God would be to deny the true nature of God in their religion. There is no history in the Jewish nation of worshiping any man as the Son of God. In fact, the source of the split between Christians and Jews was that Jesus claimed to be the Son of God. To the religious Jewish people, that claim was blasphemy to them.
According to Islam, the polytheists and Christians commit the sin of associating Allah with others . The Jews are supposedly innocent of this sin since they worship the one Abrahamic God.
However to justify his conquest of the land in the 6th century. The obvious agenda from Muhammad is he did not make a mistake. He deliberately fabricated a lie that Jews worshipped Ezra as the son of God in the same manner as the Christians in order to justify their deaths.
      Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Were it not for Bani Israel, meat would not decay; and were it not for Eve, no woman would ever betray her husband."
      Sahih al-Bukhari 3399: Book 60, Hadith 72
It seems that in Islam. It is always the Jews who are responsible for ALL the world's problems no matter HOW much Allah says "be" to try to stop them. As a matter of fact, Muhammad has Jews blamed for causing meat to decay. What a joke.

Uzair (Ezra) lived during the period around 450 B.C. The Jews regarded him with great reverence as the revivalist of their Scriptures which had been lost during their captivity in Babylon after the death of prophet Solomon. So much so that they had lost all the knowledge of their law, their traditions and of Hebrew, their national language. Then it was Ezra who re-wrote the Old Testament and revived the law.
That is why they used very exaggerated language in his reverence which misled some of the Jewish sects to make him ‘the son of God’. The Quran, however, does not assert that all the Jews were unanimous in declaring Ezra as the son of God. What it intends to say is that the perversion in the articles of faith of the Jews concerning Allah had degenerated to such an extent that there were some amongst them who considered Ezra as the son of God and they lived in Arabia.
People argue that Jews don’t worship uzair as the son. Yet there was a certain sect at the time that believed uzair to be the son of god (note that this sect is extinct).
Like the TRINITY - It is not written in the scriptures, yet most Xtians believe that God is Triune instead of one - likewise "Ezra is the son of Allah " is not in the Torah.
      >>> This verse is restating that Allah has no partners.

@@chrishoff402 To this day, Arabic books and newspapers aren't written with diacritical marks because if you are an educated Arab, you know how to pronounce the words.
These marks were only added later on when vast amounts of non-Arabs converted to Islam and thus they needed the marks to know how to pronounce the words properly.
And like I said, it really is a side issue, because you can go to most mosques at night during the month of Ramadhan (which is now) and see the Imams leading prayers and reading 1/30th of the Quran word for word every night from memory.
Or type in "Taraweeh" on youtube and see the phenomenon for yourself.

It’s so sad that we humans on earth are fighting on how to worship god, while the truth is we worship him by whatever means we could, we should focus on the actual goal of worshiping god, I think that we worship him through the study and adaptation of reality through science and technology as a way to pray for god that we are good enough to deserve his heaven.
On the “stones” punch line, no, Muslims don’t need to go to Mecca to “be a Muslim” if they can’t go for any reason.
No Muslim thinks about stones they think about what they represent, we do this to honor the way our profit did it, thinking about God. And don’t forget that Stones was every thing in Mecca before the modern days, now after we improved the infrastructure in Mecca, we didn’t want to affect the holiness of these sights and we kept the actual Mountains and rocks that has been used to do Hajj that’s why you see just rocks surrounded by modern buildings, these where just normal lands as everything is just rocks in Mecca holy or not.
Please don’t think I’m attacking you beliefs, you get to pray for god they way you see fit, as long as it’s for the good of humanity.
Let us all get together and worship god through any means that could help us prof to god that We, mere mammals with the simple gift of consciousness , are able to adapt the complex reality to our needs, and that we are good enough to deserve eternal life in heaven.
God will not be so proud of us fighting on simple technicalities on how to worship him, but we must all join forces to do what is best for humanity and our planet.
I really feel embarrassed to think about how we will face god when we nuke each other just to say is it a Cross or a Stone ?
AI Singularity will soon arrive and it will be a great weapon to abuse humanity core Beliefs, I believe it represent the antichrist, we all must be really focused on the goal of worshiping God. Not on why and how. As it could be easily used to turn us against each other.

Hajj is an old and pre-Islamic pagan worshiping system adopted by Muhammad for his new religion Islam. The Kaba is a pagan structure and so is the ritual associated with it. The “House" itself is called “baitul Haraam" which if properly translated, means House of Filth or the Forbidden House. Yet you will find all translations translating it as the Sacred house. As such, Muhammad decided to continue the pagan practices of his Quraish tribe such as kissing the black stone or circuiting the Kabbah seven times.

Request - Is there much work done on the Tafsir? I imagine most of the stories we have are from the Tafsir which supposedly give context to the Quran. But what are the dates of Tafsir and earliest copies etc? It do they contradict and why are they neccessary for the Quran. Are the Tafsir as neccessary to Sunni Muslims as the Hadith seem to be. Ive seen a few vids recently of Quran only and Hadith followers. They (Hadith Believers) literally say the Hadith are also revelation? What about the Tafsir? What issues do the Tafsir present to Muslims when critiqued. What kind of argument can be made against there validity?

    • @user-ls8ks7kv8c
      @user-ls8ks7kv8c 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Hello! Tafsir is just simply the exegesis/interpretation of the Quran. It is simply the opinion of the scholar writing it, relying on hadiths, an analysis of other parts of the Quran as well as a deep dive into the Arabic language. Sometimes scholars will borrow from the Torah or Jewish stories outside of the Torah to give more detail on certain stories in the Quran.
And since the Tafsir is simply a scholar's interpretation of the Quran, it carries important scholarly weight but is not considered official like say the Talmud. Any scholar's opinion can be refuted if it goes against strong evidence in the Quran and hadith. So there's no issue when Tafsirs are critiqued, we do it all the time. The scholars are human after all and it is just their understanding of the verse in question.
As for the hadith, yes if we lived during the time of the Prophet Muhammad(pbuh), we would treat them on the same level as revelation, since God Almighty says in the Quran:
"Nor does he speak from [his own] inclination. It is not but a revelation revealed"
      53:3-4
However, the difference between the Quran and the hadith is that the Quran is a specific book revealed by God with a specific beginning and end which He promised to preserve (see Quran 15:9 and 41:42) and is for all people and all times.
Whereas the hadith is the sayings and actions of the Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) and many of them are much more contextual. Also the protection and preservation isn't the same as the Quran, so Islamic scholars have to shift through the large corpus of hadiths and determine which ones were actually said by the Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) and which ones likely weren't through a detailed process. However, this is still the work of human scholars and so they sometimes disagree on which hadiths were actually said by the Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) and which weren't.
Whereas the Quran has been fully preserved by the Grace of God and you can see millions of Muslims memorizing it to this day.

    • @justinshadrach829
      @justinshadrach829 2 ปีที่แล้ว

@@user-ls8ks7kv8c OK thanks that make sence. Talmud and Tafsir similarities helps. However the fact Hadith are revelations means they where revealed during the time of muhammed from Allah? just as the Quran was or not? I dont get the difference. especially if certain Quranic verses where revealed in specific context to deal with specific situations. But were not the Hadith also specific revelation revealed in certain context to deal with specific situations.
I would understand if the Quran was a whole monologue from God on future and past situations, but it gives present commands and instructions in the present context of Muhammed as do the Hadiths?

      • throwing stone ritual during hajj is only revisiting the experience of Hajar, and Ibrahim family, doesn't really means the actual Satan was there. Satan and his companion are always here in our (human) veins. Allah made the religion easier, lighter for human being that's the bless to be gratituded.
      • Underage marriage was not restricted in Arab society at times. His best friend Abu Bakr gaves his daughter and it was a form affection of between friends like everyone does at times and Muhammad did have that kind of relationship with his two other best friends, Umar (his daughter Hafsah) and Uthman (Uthman married with two Muhammad's daughter, Zaynab and Umm Kalthum), but Abu Bakr only had a little daughter.
      • being a widow was a vulnerable situation for women in the society, to marrying a widow meant to lit her dignity. Zayd was not his biological son, and Islam doesn't equalise the adopted with the biological children in family matters. Zayd divorced with her, and was part of his mother's grand family that he knew since he was a kid. So it's like the obligation of taking care something that belongs to you anyway.

Even Quran in 3 v 55 and 5 v 116 say he was caused to die off course by crucification.
Otherwize Allah decieved the xtians as another man is killed and people are martyred😮 for the belief.

What makes all of this a bit meta is that there are fables inside fables inside fables, eg the Dhul Qarnain story set inside a larger fable, a revelation that supposedly produced the quran and that is set inside a larger fable of an Arabic prophet, Muhammad, set inside a fictional timeframe and location.

The irony here is that You’ve mentioned “Dhul Qarnain” and “revelation” in the same comment. It’s not surprising, that this seems a fable to You, when You haven’t found out about what this passage is pointing at.
It’s talking about Gog and Magog, which were used as a reference to Haman from the book of Ezekiel and his victory in Gerasa mentioned in the Jewish War from Josephus. The background of this being that he wrote the book of Esther around the year 95 and since the Jews already called Arrius Piso „Haman“, Rabbi Akiva had to rewrite it around 110 ce, so that his son Julius Piso could praise the Jews for fighting the romans and paraphrase himself into the book of revelation at the same time, when he spoke about „the mark of the beast“. Referencing at his father Arrius and his uncle Justus as the new Gog and Magog in the vulgate version of esther, that became canonical after revelation had been accepted earlier.

@@IslamicOrigins I know that we are talking about fairytales here. I just tried to emphasise on the perspectives of the authors. When 99% of the population is illiterate, You know the writers worked together and competed to immortalise themselves in books, since writing a book back then was equal to produce a secure firewall for the Pentagon today.
The Quran has puns and comedic comments - both the bible and the quran become quite amusing, once You get a glimpse on their backgrounds. Holy books do not only give answers to the uninitiated, they also hint at something else.
Dhul Qarnain being Alexander the Great is simply hilarious. It can only be a joke about the Ptolomies and Cesars. Really, who cares, if he build a wall with stones? Haha
