Is the ZamZam Well REAL?? - More Meccan Problems with Dr. Jay - Episode 6

  • Muslims claim that the ZamZam well is a pure and inexhaustible spring that miraculously appeared in the time of Abraham to Hagar when she was in search of water for her son, Ishmael. According to the Standard Islamic Narrative, Hagar was thrown into the desert with her son, so how could the ZamZam well be located in Mecca? The well is also, in no way, large enough to supply the current Meccan population of 2 million let alone when multiple million come during the Hajj. Watch as Al Fadi and Dr. Jay uncover the real source of the ZamZam well.

i think they messed up the timeline here, mecca was founded after Zam zam well is available, Abraham did leave hagar and ishmael in the desert, because there were no city or village at that moment, Abraham, sarah and hagar ware originially lived in Palestine. With the zam-zam well, people and traveler eventually gathers and Mecca was start to developed, then Abraham received revelation to build kabah with Ishmael.
and according to meccans, zam-zam is not the only water sources in the city. since it is very close the great masjid, it is always available for the pilgrims and the people around the area. but it is not the only water source. The meccans also has other water source for their day to day needs like any other city in the world. i dont think they use zam-zam to take a bath/laundry/wash cars/toilets. they only use it for drink and cleansing before pray (maybe 20liter/day).
when the pilgrim go to mecca, their hotels and accommodation could go up to 15km from to great masjid, and they use different water source for their need.

The people in Makkah have lived for thousands of years without the desalination plants. And pilgrims to Makkah have been drinking zamzam water and bringing home bottles of zamzam even before they set up these machines to desalinate water from the sea. So why would Jay think the zamzam is from these plants? I started drinking zamzam since 1989 way before Saudi authority started giving out 10 litres of zamzam to each Haj pilgrim. I’ve tasted the real zamzam. It’s delicious! Has Jay tasted it before? Then how can he be so certain present day zamzam is water from desalination plants? If he goes to Makkah today and say zamzam is from sea water, people will laugh at him and will point to him the taps to drink zamzam and taps to drink water processed from sea.

    “Woe to every sinful liar.”
    Surah al-Jathiyah (7)
Syeikh al-Maraghi said: “A great woe is for those who lies in his speech and who commit sins. Then, they are arrogant when the verses of the Quran are recited to them.” (See Tafsir al-Maraghi, 13/6285)
This word is also used to describe the fake news and slander spread by the hypocrites. Allah SWT states:
    إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ جَآءُو بِٱلْإِفْكِ عُصْبَةٌ مِّنكُمْ
“Indeed, those who came with falsehood are a group among you.”

The city of Mecca is only approximately 200 years older than muhammad. It’s been soundly proven the cities/infrastructure didn’t even exist at the time of Abraham to make the 1,000-mile trek from Hebron to Mecca possible. Camels can carry enough water for about 100 miles only so this journey would have been literally impossible. The Bible tells us Abraham dwelled in Hebron, leaving only to go to Egypt during a famine, before returning home to Hebron. The Torah certainly would have recorded such a miraculous journey had it ever occurred - plus the Bible makes zero mentions of a pagan kaaba or black stone in connection with Abraham.

Islam is a religion of peace , for more than a thousand years now , people have been without a doubt been convinced of Islam's message of peace , the world Islam comes from the Arabic word " Salam " which means " peace " in English .
Fast forward to 18:00 , so the water that comes from Jeddah is not zamzam water , zamzam water is more expensive and is usually not available where as the water from Jedda provides water to areas around mecca and the hotels and shopping malls , they taste different and they have different mineral . Also the water from zamzam comes from the Hira Al Nour mountain , its not from Jeddah

Jay Smith, why don't you try to refute the Japanese doctor and the German doctor who studied the Zam Zam water? Perhaps you are not aware, and even if you are aware you still refused to be aware, that as per study of the German doctor by comparing it with the German water, he was astonished to find out that the energetic field of the Zam Zam water did not diminish inside the stomach, while the German water lost its energetic field.
Another astonishing about the Zam Zam water is that when he mixed it by just pouring a droplet into a gallon of German water, the latter becomes Zam Zam water. Its energetic field becomes equal to the energetic field of the Zam Zam water.
Now the German doctor is planning to build a plant near the Zam Zam well if the Saudi government grants it with the aim of exporting the Zam Zam water to the different countries in the world. The German doctor considered the Zam Zam water a miracle water. -06-01-23

Totally false information by Jay. Abraham did not live there nor did anyone. It was a valley at the time. The Ka’aba was rebuilt after with his son. Even then it NOT was a direction of prayer until muhammed pbuh came (which is thousands of years later) It only became a busier place since this discovery of the water. Lastly the water is free for anyone who drinks it in Mecca!

If we accept the present- day Mecca became the site for the black stone after the death of Muhammed, how did the population of this new town get any water? There must be *some* local source of freshwater (beyond the small zamzam well).
It would be interesting to know, as such wells could be investigated and their date of construction estimated.

al fadi keeps deleting my comments so I'll post it again
Islam is a religion of peace , for more than a thousand years now , people have been without a doubt been convinced of Islam's message of peace , the world Islam comes from the Arabic word " Salam " which means " peace " in English .
Fast forward to 18:00 , so the water that comes from Jeddah is not zamzam water , zamzam water is more expensive and is usually not available where as the water from Jedda provides water to areas around mecca and the hotels and shopping malls , they taste different and they have different mineral . Also the water from zamzam comes from the Hira Al Nour mountain , its not from Jeddah
It is impossible for anyone to research zamzam water because non-Muslims are not allowed in the area so any theories or essays on the subject is unreliable , research on the topic is usually denied and prohibited
I'm not religious , I don't prey or anything like that but its clear that al fadi is peddling disinformation and debunked theories , if you are religious than you have every right to be and I don't care what religion or god you follow , you have every right to worship or not worship a God .

Muhammad is the promised seed of David. 2 Samuel 7-12 says: "When your days are over and you rest with your ancestors, I will raise up your offspring to succeed you, your own flesh and blood, and I will establish his kingdom. He is the one who will build a house for my Name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever."
Muhammad was descended from Ishmael, Isaac and David. His great grandmother was Salma bint Amr who was from the Jewish clan of Banu Najjar. That Banu Najjar was a Jewish clan is confirmed in point 26 of the Constitution of Medina which states: "(26) And the Jews of Banu-an-Najjar shall have the same rights as the Jews of Banu ‘Awf." These Jewish clans and tribes in the Arabian Peninsula were descendants of the Judean clans and tribes that fled the Roman Jewish wars. Banu Najjar was one of these Judean clans, so Muhammad was a descendant of David thru his great grandmother. He may have even been a descendant of Jesus or one of Jesus' relatives. Najjar means carpenter in Arabic. Jesus is specifically referred to as 'the carpenter' in Mark 6:3.
As for building 'a house' in the name of Ahyah, the name of the present Jewish deity, Yhwh, is derived from the name of the Ishmaelite/Midianite deity, Ahyah. (According to Wiki: Midianites traditionally have been identified as Ishmaelites. Jethro, a Midianite/Ishmaelite priest to Yhwh was Moses' father-in-law.). The name revealed to Moses was (אֶֽהְיֶה אֲשֶׁר אֶֽהְיֶה) or ahyah asher ahyah. The name was reduced to ahyah (אֶֽהְיֶה) in Ex 3:14 and then rearranged into Yhwh as it was absorbed into the tribal federation later known as Judah. In Arabic, the phrase, ahyah asher ahyah, means roughly the 'The Living One Who is Alive' or 'the Ever living One.' Ahyah in Exodus 3:14 is the same as Al Hayy (ٱلْحَىُّ) in classical Arabic and it means "The Living One" and it is a name for Allah (swt). The Prophet helped rebuild the Kaaba in 608 CE and he cleansed the Kaaba of idols on his victorious return to Mecca in 630 CE, thus rededicating the Kaaba to the One, True God. It was the Muslims who cleansed the Byzantine defiled Temple Mount and rededicated it to the One, True God upon their entry into Palestine. The area was renamed al-Haram al-Sharif or the Noble Sanctuary. The Muslims also built Al Aqsa and the Dome of the Rock. Both buildings are dedicated to the One, True God.

Walking in the desert would probably require 2 gallons or more of water per day for an adult. Assuming you could walk 10 miles per day a thousand mile journey would require 200 gallons per person or 1600 pounds. You would probably also need some 3,000-4,000 calories per day just to maintain your weight due to the extra metabolic demand. Basically a solo journey without modern equipment and known rest stops would be impossible.
