It is definitely known that it was Ibrahim al-Khalil, peace and blessings be upon him, who built the Ka`bah. The residents around it at that time were his son, Isma`il, and the tribe of Jurhum (originally from Yemen). It is an almost square building whose sides face the cardinal points of the compass; the winds, no matter how strong, lose their force when they strike it - without doing it any harm. The construction of Ibrahim stood intact, until it was rebuilt by al-‘Amaliqah, and later by the tribe of Jurhum.

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, "There are two statements that are light for the tongue to remember, heavy in the Scales and are dear to the Merciful:
سبحان الله وبحمده، سبحان الله العظيم
"Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi, Subhan-Allah-il-Azim"
(Glory be to Allah and His is the praise, (and) Allah, the Greatest is free from imperfection)

@@dadomore1002 why would you watch videos about Islam if you don't think Islam is the real religion, and if you wanted to watch to educate yourself why would you watch a video about the history of the Kabah and not videos about what Islam is?
In Islam we believe that Esa (AS) or Jesus is a messenger of Allah SWT, but we believe that he is ONLY a prophet of God. That's the difference of Christianity and Islam. I understand how some people misunderstand that Christianity is older than Islam, the history can be confusing if you don't study it. We believe that there were Prophets of Allah SWT before Esa AS as well who came to spread Islam but over time people changed the book of God to fit what they wanted. Like how there are multiple versions of the bible. Hope this helps with any confusion :)
