@thistledewoutdoors3331 your advice doesn't apply to me. Sometimes "hashing" it out with the person who hurt you, can make matters worse and make you feel worse than you already did. They may not agree with you and/or be accountable for their actions towards you. You may never get an apology. I've learned to walk in love and forgiveness. I don't find it necessary to try to hash out anything with anyone who's hurt me. I'm whole now and don't carry any emotional baggage. I'm happier than I've ever been in my life. One more thing: "I've learned to not be with someone who isn't good for me. I don't ignore my female intuition."

After giving my ex gf space and ignoring her, she's completely unraveling and coming back strong. When we do interact I'm loving, mature, and respectful. She opened up to me a lot yesterday saying how much she misses me , thinks of me , and wants us back under the right circumstances. @@iris9383 She broke up with me in December due to my overwhelming insecurities. I blame majority of that on my wild thoughts stemming from past trauma and drinking. I don't drink anymore and for months it was up and down until I poured back into myself and took my energy away and became respectful and unattached to outcome. She called my homie crying a few weeks ago after a week of NC because I was always the one to cave in after 3 days. She knows I'm a catch and even her daughters adore me. This break-up was necessary and I needed her to do this. This is a hard process and although I'm not out of the woods yet, I have her respect and her attention. Be patient and stay busy. Stay off social media as well if you have one.

The fact that you keep reaching out to your ex shows that you don't value yourself because if you did, you wouldn't be chasing after anyone who doesn't want to be bothered by you. It's a turnoff and an act of desperation. The same when you hop from one relationship to the next. You are desperate for love and affection from someone else. This is definitely a problem that needs to be addressed through therapy and or self-reflection. You cannot make anyone want you nor want to be with you. Once you realize that, you'll stop looking for validation from others, and start focusing on yourself.

This is absolutely correct. All of my ex's returned to me at some point throughout my life...even the one who thought he was too cool and would never. He tried to come back too. I always let them go. Sure I miss some parts of what we shared etc. ...but I don't look back and they come running. I was with a woman for two weeks from the jump she joked about everything even past relationship experiences I told her she even joked about me being vegan. She also called me a square and downplayed my goals after that she started talking to me like shyt but even after this I still stayed every day while she worked I was on the phone with her even the times I wanted space. We had our arguments but it’s not until h she told me her baby daddy was coming to town and supposedly taking her and the kids to six flags she said it was strictly co parenting with her but the way she talked about him made it seem like she still wanted him. One day I fell asleep on the phone and I heard her talking to him and it seemed flirtatious so I hung up the phone and vowed not to pick up but she kept calling and I gave in I told her how I felt and she made it seemed like it was nothing I believe her and tried to hang in there but that night I vowed not to contact her or pick up she called me again and I gave in we sat on the phone and while she was working I got a call. I told her but she was talking on the other phone and while I’m talking on the other line she texted me a message saying stop hanging up on me you’re pissing me off!! So I texted her stop fucn talking to me like that I didn’t hang up. And then she texts me tells me she’s done she can’t do it cause i cursed at her. She cursed at me multiple times and didn’t stop when I asked but said she’s done when I didn’t give her her wish. So I called her and it went to voicemail she kept forwarding my calls and I let my emotions get the best of me I called her out her name and said some other things that I didn’t mean. Every since she told me about her baby father coming it kind of hurt me and when I tried to leave she used to convince me that she had no feelings for him but then she made it seem like we didn’t go out it’s like she was looking forward to it I just felt like when it’s strictly for the kids why can’t he just take the kids. I just don’t get how when I treated her the same way and she couldn’t take it I wish I would have just left at the first red flag now I’m sitting here missing a person that was never good for me and I’m even more mad at myself I feel so stupid. Look at what valuable experience you’ve learned that has helped shape you into a better person. You just have to replace that energy of comfort with something else. Most of the times an ex is an ex for a reason. I took one back and I regret it. His behavior got worse. Be careful and look for signs of narcissism. Because it’s probably what you’re dealing with.
I broke my NC of 25 days and reached out to my ex. She told me she has moved and I should too. I'm just really baffled how we were talking about marriage and all that just a week before the breakup, and then she TEXTED me the breakup, which shocked me. She didn't cheat, not the type. But, if the relationship was good, and we were good to each other, is it really possible for her to have moved on so quickly? In less than a month? Sounds to me like she at least monkey-branched which I wouldn't be too surprised, but to actually say she has moved and I should too, and her thanking me for our relationship... seems pretty fast, right?

Pain, failure, and heartache allow us to grow and when you do you'll realize just how valuable you are and will never settle for someone treating you subpar again.
The best thing to do when someone doesn't want you in their life is to do nothing. Leave them alone. Give them the break up. As long as you know you were good to them, They come back. They always do and when that moment comes its up to you if you want to take them back or not. Remember, This person left you. Don't trust someone who stabbed you.
Why would you do anything to make your ex chase you back ? If they left or you left them, that is it. Trust me, they had others in meantime and accepting them back will make your life even worse. Whatever they did to you before, they will make it even worse now.
I’ve made some mistakes these past 4 months since the break. Biggest one was we spent a loooooot of time together. It was like we stayed a couple and it didn’t allow us to get that proper space and I didn’t grow as much as I could have. Now I’m truly just focusing on myself. Trying to win her back and desperately telling her how it can work DOES NOT WORK. That won’t shed a good light on yourself and you’ll feel like crap. So learn to love yourself first and foremost. Do some soul searching and get to the point that u can be happy completely on your own because you’re fulfilling your individual desires in life. Even if u give her space and she starts giving u attention, STAY STRONG. I didn’t, I fell for it and met up with her, went on a vacation even. It almost worked but it didn’t. Find peace, and you’ll be okay🙏🏽
@@ly7802 we didn’t ever take a break from each other. When u take a break the idea is to reunite so it feels new or refreshed. If u stay around each other it’s just a continuous of what was already a problem. On top of that u can’t grow with someone attached to u and you’re staying in a comfort zone. You need that adversity, those lonely days of sadness and anxiety are good for you. Because when u slowly get better and turn the next page you will feel great about yourself. And then if for some reason they come back into your life you’ll be ready this time because you know u can handle life without them. Damn that’s deep 😂😂

NO, thank you. Real connection doesn't need to be played and manipulated. If you need to apply the trick and tactics, you are dealing with BS. When 2 authentic human find each other, nothing can set them apart, they don't play and they don't fear showing their desire and feelings. Heal your codependency, you are not chasing ex or feelings, you simply don't have the courage to look the fear of abandonment in eyes.
I'm sitting around just waiting for a response. Watching my phone for an answer from my Ex. I did get an response and the answer was my Ex is confused about us. Yeah, they lie their way back into your life, we thinking things are going to be better, but they gaslight you again, reopen those wounds that were healing and do everything all over again and leave like they did before. Keep that door closed and move on.

That's why I said speak for someone else. I know first hand what I have experienced. Some men will try to, but if they are NOT in the mindset of doing it and is out to hurt that woman, he just have her there as a place holder, like I was, until he thinks he can find someone else better. In which he won't. It's a continuous cycle for the narcissist.
Like I said, they means the ones I was dealing with. I did NOT say EVERY MAN. So, what I said is dealing with the men I had dealings with. NOT EVERY MAN. So, stop making something out of something. You are looking too much into what I have experienced.
I think you put this really well, and probably better than a lot of coaches. I was in love with someone. We were perfect for each other, except he didn't value me. He was still looking around. I absolutely know that someday he will come looking for me, because when he grows up, he's going to remember how well we fit together. Or maybe not. Oh well, he's a d. I got somebody else.

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. @thistledewoutdoors3331 your advice doesn't apply to me. Sometimes "hashing" it out with the person who hurt you, can make matters worse and make you feel worse than you already did. They may not agree with you and/or be accountable for their actions towards you. You may never get an apology.
I've learned to walk in love and forgiveness. I don't find it necessary to try to hash out anything with anyone who's hurt me. I'm whole now and don't carry any emotional baggage. I'm happier than I've ever been in my life. One more thing: "I've learned to not be with someone who isn't good for me. I don't ignore my female intuition."

After giving my ex gf space and ignoring her, she's completely unraveling and coming back strong. When we do interact I'm loving, mature, and respectful. She opened up to me a lot yesterday saying how much she misses me , thinks of me , and wants us back under the right circumstances. I was making mistakes until I gained self control and I've been very attractive ever since.

@@iris9383 She broke up with me in December due to my overwhelming insecurities. I blame majority of that on my wild thoughts stemming from past trauma and drinking. I don't drink anymore and for months it was up and down until I poured back into myself and took my energy away and became respectful and unattached to outcome. She called my homie crying a few weeks ago after a week of NC because I was always the one to cave in after 3 days. She knows I'm a catch and even her daughters adore me. This break-up was necessary and I needed her to do this. This is a hard process and although I'm not out of the woods yet, I have her respect and her attention. Be patient and stay busy. Stay off social media as well if you have one.

The fact that you keep reaching out to your ex shows that you don't value yourself because if you did, you wouldn't be chasing after anyone who doesn't want to be bothered by you. It's a turnoff and an act of desperation. The same when you hop from one relationship to the next. You are desperate for love and affection from someone else. This is definitely a problem that needs to be addressed through therapy and or self-reflection. You cannot make anyone want you nor want to be with you. Once you realize that, you'll stop looking for validation from others, and start focusing on yourself.

Getting word she’s having a hard time and it’s starting to hit her.

You load and pressure them with responsibilities that are yours. And you actually make it harder for them to enjoy the relationship. Plus killing attraction.
So she liked you at one point, then you found some differences that you two weren't a match, and now you're making it worse for yourself and the relationship that is over. And pretty much putting a lock that you can't start a new relationship with that person.

This is absolutely correct. All of my ex's returned to me at some point throughout my life...even the one who thought he was too cool and would never. He tried to come back too. I always let them go. Sure I miss some parts of what we shared etc. ...but I don't look back and they come running. I was with a woman for two weeks from the jump she joked about everything even past relationship experiences I told her she even joked about me being vegan. She also called me a square and downplayed my goals after that she started talking to me like shyt but even after this I still stayed every day while she worked I was on the phone with her even the times I wanted space. We had our arguments but it’s not until h she told me her baby daddy was coming to town and supposedly taking her and the kids to six flags she said it was strictly co parenting with her but the way she talked about him made it seem like she still wanted him. One day I fell asleep on the phone and I heard her talking to him and it seemed flirtatious so I hung up the phone and vowed not to pick up but she kept calling and I gave in I told her how I felt and she made it seemed like it was nothing I believe her and tried to hang in there but that night I vowed not to contact her or pick up she called me again and I gave in we sat on the phone and while she was working I got a call. I told her but she was talking on the other phone and while I’m talking on the other line she texted me a message saying stop hanging up on me you’re pissing me off!! So I texted her stop fucn talking to me like that I didn’t hang up. And then she texts me tells me she’s done she can’t do it cause i cursed at her. She cursed at me multiple times and didn’t stop when I asked but said she’s done when I didn’t give her her wish. So I called her and it went to voicemail she kept forwarding my calls and I let my emotions get the best of me I called her out her name and said some other things that I didn’t mean. Every since she told me about her baby father coming it kind of hurt me and when I tried to leave she used to convince me that she had no feelings for him but then she made it seem like we didn’t go out it’s like she was looking forward to it I just felt like when it’s strictly for the kids why can’t he just take the kids. I just don’t get how when I treated her the same way and she couldn’t take it I wish I would have just left at the first red flag now I’m sitting here missing a person that was never good for me and I’m even more mad at myself I feel so stupid. I called her the next day and tried to work things out she declined and said she didn’t trust me it’s crazy that i would trust a person who have dogged me out in such a short period of time when I was only trying to love her. I don’t think she’s coming back Taurus women are stubborn rebelliously and once their mind is made up it’s no changing it and I just really want to heal I haven’t contacted her i actually picked up a journal and started writing I just at times find myself stressing because I was very tolerant with her but she made it seem like I’m too much. They will see you’re still living life and want to be apart of that.

I actually broke up with my ex and it was heartbreaking. I want things to work out but I won’t accept the same circumstances; he will eventually be back but the key is to fix yourself. My self concept is what caused the insufferable circumstances that led to where I am now. However I want so much more for my life; things that have nothing to do with a relationship & I have removed all social media from my phone so I can achieve all those goals.

As a child of God i can say that im not alone but that the Lord is with me and is in control. Therefore i am not afraid of my future with or without my (ex) wife. If it is Gods will, she or he will come back. If not then it is just for the good of you because sometimes God removes someone from your Life just to save you.

All of that was bs. He had his tail between his legs like the dog he is. I still didn't know he was married at that time. I use to look at breakups as something negative but I’ve learned that the time invested isn’t actually a waste. Look at what valuable experience you’ve learned that has helped shape you into a better person. You just have to replace that energy of comfort with something else. Take the time to yourself and process your emotion. Journaling helps with getting your feelings out so you’re not sitting on them. Soon you’ll realize that there are billions of people in the world. Abundance mindset. You’ll be surprised what’s waiting for you around the corner when you’re focused on yourself and your relationship w/ God. I would suggest starting to workout if you don’t already.
