It will not be the same, the trust is gone, if you guys ever get back together. They broke that trust. It was THEIR doing. 6. Six months is a lot of time to think about whether you want someone back. A lot of things can happen in that time frame. Someone could get into another relationship. There can be a death in the family. A job loss, etc. If they will abandon you, they unfortunately never loved you or really cared. Plain and simple. A relationship and love is supposed to be there for you through thick and thin (sans abuse), but for the very most part, you are supposed to be able to rely on your partner. If they can bolt for any small or big reason, then they weren't that committed to you in the first place, sadly. It's better to start afresh with somone who DOES value that chance and won't throw it away or squander it!

My ex and I were so good. We were so happy, so in love. We've never laughed so much, never experienced so much in life. For years she made so much effort, showed such kindness, thoughtfulness, love, as did I. Then she slowly stopped, rationed it, fed me crumbs, to the point I was having to ask, beg for affection, for love. She never wanted to divorve her husband, still lived in the family home and never wanted to buy together, she never wanted to leave her comfortable bubble. We argued, I left, then after 3 weeks of NC she messged, she told me she missed me, missed us etc. We tried again, then after a few amazing dates as a couple and a family, she held back, acted strange. She spoke and told me that she no longer feels the same. Im heart broken. I gave my all, treated her like a woman should be treated, gave up and sacrificed so much to make us work, and all she did was take what I had and drained me emotionally, physically and financially. After I wrote this, and around 4 weeks of NC, she came back again, telling me that letting me go was the biggest mistake, that she'd forever regret it if she didn't give it one last go, that she's sorry she let others get in the way of our relationship, and it will just be the two of us. I gave it some serious thought, and gave her and us one last chance. We've had a pretty good year overall, lots of new memories made as a couple and a family, but the truth is the underlying issues that were there from the start are still there - no real commitment, still married with no effort to divorce, no effort to move forward and live together, happy to go weeks apart, happy to go days with no communication, things which to me are not acceptable when you apparently miss someone, love someone. When I try to explain what I'd like from her emotionally, she's not interested, huffs, rolls her eyes etc. We're once again at a difficult junction where I'm just not sure if I can see a future and am just wasting the best few years of my life, I mean FFS, I'm early 40s, I shouldn't be going through this nonsense.

My story with her is the following so if anyone has anything to say about it , tell me. 5. It will not be the same, the trust is gone, if you guys ever get back together. They broke that trust. It was THEIR doing.
6. Six months is a lot of time to think about whether you want someone back. A lot of things can happen in that time frame. Someone could get into another relationship. There can be a death in the family. A job loss, etc. If they will abandon you, they unfortunately never loved you or really cared. Plain and simple. A relationship and love is supposed to be there for you through thick and thin (sans abuse), but for the very most part, you are supposed to be able to rely on your partner. If they can bolt for any small or big reason, then they weren't that committed to you in the first place, sadly. It's better to start afresh with somone who DOES value that chance and won't throw it away or squander it!

My girl broke up with few days ago… we still live together as we have an appartement. This is basically torture. My ex and I were so good. We were so happy, so in love. We've never laughed so much, never experienced so much in life. For years she made so much effort, showed such kindness, thoughtfulness, love, as did I. Then she slowly stopped, rationed it, fed me crumbs, to the point I was having to ask, beg for affection, for love. She never wanted to divorve her husband, still lived in the family home and never wanted to buy together, she never wanted to leave her comfortable bubble. We argued, I left, then after 3 weeks of NC she messged, she told me she missed me, missed us etc. We tried again, then after a few amazing dates as a couple and a family, she held back, acted strange. She spoke and told me that she no longer feels the same. Im heart broken. I gave my all, treated her like a woman should be treated, gave up and sacrificed so much to make us work, and all she did was take what I had and drained me emotionally, physically and financially. I.still love her, still want a future, but shes given up 😢

After I wrote this, and around 4 weeks of NC, she came back again, telling me that letting me go was the biggest mistake, that she'd forever regret it if she didn't give it one last go, that she's sorry she let others get in the way of our relationship, and it will just be the two of us. I gave it some serious thought, and gave her and us one last chance. We've had a pretty good year overall, lots of new memories made as a couple and a family, but the truth is the underlying issues that were there from the start are still there - no real commitment, still married with no effort to divorce, no effort to move forward and live together, happy to go weeks apart, happy to go days with no communication, things which to me are not acceptable when you apparently miss someone, love someone. When I try to explain what I'd like from her emotionally, she's not interested, huffs, rolls her eyes etc. We're once again at a difficult junction where I'm just not sure if I can see a future and am just wasting the best few years of my life, I mean FFS, I'm early 40s, I shouldn't be going through this nonsense.

My story with her is the following so if anyone has anything to say about it , tell me. She came to study for some months in my country ( she is from America and I'm in Europe ), and we met and started hanging out. She agreed that she wanted to try this because she didn't want to lose me. Her crying almost every time thinking that she would have to leave me and everything made me believe that she wanted this . Aand after 4 days after she left , she decided that she wasn't ready for a relationship and that she wasn't sure of she loved me back , although she was saying it, and that she needed more time to say it and be more meaningful. So..we break up and we haven't talked since..i haven't sent anything and disappeared .. although i havent deleted her from Instagram. Im still thinking about her after a month now, and although i feel better than i was at the beginning, I still miss her and cant move on. Im still going to America but in a different state because i have family there . Any thoughts on this?

Can someone help me make sense of this, my ex is in a rebound relationship...around August and September it seemed that the relationship was really flourishing they were posting on sm nd seemed happy ( but also around September he came to see me twice, and told me how he loved me and how he still has feelings for me, but also said he will now not reach out to me again) on the month of Oct their relationship took a pause...I think he felt lonely again and went back in November.. the girl has started posting him again...during their Lil break up she deleted everything. My ex doesn't post her(only did once and stopped)

Unblocked after 15 mo ths, that was 6 weeks ago. Im not waiting . I stayed no contact, if he moved on., why unblock me, hasnt made a.difference either way.
