    " Vegetarians and vegans do not eat meat for reasons such as the ethics of eating meat, the environmental effects of meat production, the health effects of meat consumption, or religious dietary rules."
    Let's break this sentence down.
    " the ethics of eating meat"
    That is a matter of personal opinion.
    "the environmental effects of meat production"
    That is an argument against factory farming of livestock. It is not an argument against eating meat.
    "the health effects of meat consumption"
    There are pluses and minuses to this, just as there are for any other dietary choice.
    " or religious dietary rules."
    That is not an argument against eating meat, it's simply a personal choice to follow a faith based belief.

      @Intuition.kitten Congrats on making the transition and the weight loss! 😊 Since cutting out meat can mean missing key nutrients, try adding protein-rich foods like beans, lentils, and tofu, along with leafy greens, nuts, and seeds for iron and healthy fats. Consider a B12 supplement or fortified foods and keep variety in your meals to avoid any deficiencies - you've got this!

    And consume plant oils??? Absolutely not, beef tallow is better, meat has protein

    • @MedicalCentric
      @MedicalCentric  19 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @therandomgamermonkey6259 It’s true that beef tallow, like other animal fats, contains protein and certain nutrients that can be beneficial in moderation. Some people prefer animal fats over plant oils for cooking because of their higher smoke points and specific fatty acid profiles. However, plant oils, like olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil, provide healthy fats such as monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which are good for heart health when consumed in balanced amounts. Both options have their place in a well-rounded diet, depending on individual health goals and preferences. Ultimately, the key is moderation and variety in the foods you eat.

    Meat is junk

    • @shayshawbear3865
      @shayshawbear3865 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Let's see here. Eating meat helps with:
      1. Reduces and helps the overgrowing farm animal population
      2. Reduces the population (and keeps it stable) of cows and pigs which release methane into the air which pollutes and destroys the ozone layer and results in millions of deaths a year.
      3. Has one of the best supplies for protein
      4. You can cook it in many ways and there are so many different types of meat for many different health purposes
      5. You can cook it and season it any what you want
      6. You can easily top it off with healthy vegetables and other healthy add-ons, plus meat is one of the main dishes served in cultural food around the world.
      You only think meat is junk because of McDonald's, but you fail to understand that McDonald's never invented meat, plus it's a fast food so their cooking doesn't define what meat is supposed to be like, not in the slightest.

    • @shayshawbear3865
      @shayshawbear3865 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Nushia That's true

    • @preciousgold8650
      @preciousgold8650 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@shayshawbear3865 but if ya think about it. The population of pigs and cows wouldn't be so large if they weren't bred and born to be killed and there are many many cultures that are strict vegetarians yet thrive. Then there's the reality that the mean we eat today from farms of disease and antibiotics aren't what our ancestors would have dreamed of eating.
      I'm not even vegan yet your comment disturbs me

    • @shayshawbear3865
      @shayshawbear3865 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@preciousgold8650 Alright let's see, if we didn't breed livestock to be used as meat and let them roam free, they would be an invasive species to the area which harms the environment around it, plus I guarantee that the numbers of them will only increase because the number of these animals that are bred can only be so many because a factory can't fit all of them if they were to breed as they wish. Also they already release a ton of methane into the air as is which destroys our ozone so the meat industry is actually doing a favor for us on that end. Also name one successful vegetarian culture that doesn't use any meat whatsoever, that doesn't only include dishes it also includes products.
      Ah, I also forgot to mention that one of the only ways you can get diseases from meat is if you have it raw or if it is moldy/old. Our ancestors didn't worry about that because they cooked their meat. I've also heard of people go on a carnivore diet (eating only meat for about 1-3 months) and gain a ton of muscle, feel more active than they've ever been, their hygiene has improved, their skin is more clear, and they have little to no cravings because meat is packed with protein and is filling.

    • @xLoverForever
      @xLoverForever ปีที่แล้ว

      @@shayshawbear3865 like the other comment said, just because theirs a overgrowing amount of cows and pigs being born and rebirthed one after another, doesn’t mean it’s their fault and that they need to be birthed, they’re literally being birthed because people like you keep consuming meat and think of it as a need for your diet and no one wants to restrict themselves from the torture of animals and the way theirs millions bred everyday just to die in horrible ways, only because of the “ benefits “ meat gives us, which other foods that aren’t meat can give us too and even better benefits. but you can stay with that beilef that it’s somehow rhe animals fault for being born into the earth just to be killed for humans pleasure.
      and even with any benefits you can think off, the way these billions of animals that are being bred everyday and tortured for humans sake is disgusting, we can do the same to humans because we are animals too yet that’s seen as disgusting because we are big, but we all have a role on this earth and being eaten isnt one ( unless your a producer and thats your role for your life ) don’t kill and use animals that are meant to walk the earth and enjoy life just like us, just to have the benefits of meat.

    • @MedicalCentric
      @MedicalCentric  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @Comezehere Eating meat, including veal, can provide important nutrients like protein, iron, and B vitamins. However, it’s important to have a balanced diet and consider the quality and sourcing of the meat. While some people enjoy veal for its tenderness and flavor, moderation and variety in protein sources are key to a well-rounded diet. Veal scallopini is indeed a popular dish for many due to its taste, but healthfulness also depends on how it’s prepared. Opting for lean cuts and healthier cooking methods can maximize the nutritional benefits.
