    Very interesting interview, with these giants of the guitar. Thank you to Mr Tanenbaum and congrats to Maestro Russell also for the magnificent third Suite bwv 995 that is my favourite among the four, all performed at first rank of quality in this Omni series.
    Regards to all three masters, great to see Sergio Assad!

    I am just discovering the Third Lute Suite, teaching myself from the score. It was incredibly illuminating and helpful to hear Mr. Russell describe how he articulates individual notes, both in the melody and the pedal tones. Thank you!

    I do have a relevant question, if I may. Classsical guitarists never do the mordent on the first note, whereas lutenists all do it. Whay is that? Thank you.
