That’s a really cool PH, unfortunately I see it’s facing East for the most part, and 830 Brickell will block all that view in less than a year. I just saw another video for a 6200 sq ft apartment somewhere in Miami for 22.5 million which was absolutely absurd ( the taxes and fees alone were 500 K a year ! ) this penthouse for 3.5 makes way more sense .....
You know its really luxury when you are literally blocks away from the beach and still have a private outdoor pool. Its like having a flushing toilet next to your bed when your bathroom is literally in the next room for us common folks.
