Wow, Peter. The first word that comes to mind when I look at this unit is “thoughtful.” I’m typing this as I'm watching, and quite literally, as I was typing the word thoughtfully, you used it to describe the kitchen. What I love about this unit is how it is designed for living. This is where a family can move to and immediately have everything they need at their fingertips. The layout is perfect for living. There is generous space for gathering and being together as a family and, at the same time, a private space for time to yourself or your significant other. For me there’s life and work all blend together; I can envision spending time strategizing with my wife in the living area overlooking the gorgeous views from this penthouse. The view from this unit is spellbinding. The Tuttle causeway, Miami Beach, Star Island, Venetian Islands, the Port. This is, without question, the most magnificent view in Miami. Seeing the sun rise over the water and Miami Beach is among the greatest gifts this area has to offer. I’d conjecture that many of the people who would be interested in this home are like me. We have businesses and families and work on massive goals. I know you understand the importance of manifesting. With that, can you picture standing on that massive balcony looking over the Bay, seeing the causeways to Miami Beach, the port, and the ever-changing view? There’s something so inspiring about seeing all of that activity and growth that will accelerate anyone's trajectory towards their greatest aspirations. And that’s what Miami is all about. It’s the vibe. The vibe is that we can all do better for ourselves, our families, and our businesses. I think you’ll agree. I love how this unit is turnkey and has the walls of glass to let in an abundance of natural light. What I love about the Edgewater area is the proximity to Wynwood and the Miami Design District. I love spending afternoons with my family strolling the beautiful streets, visiting the galleries, and enjoying the amazing food this area has to offer. My pick? The Yoso Sushi food truck (YES!) at NE First and NE 40th ST. So very, very good. What a fabulous touch having furnishing by Artefacto. I love the luxurious style they add to the unit. Of interest, Artefacto recently broke ground for the first of several Artefacto Towers as they expand beyond innovative furnishing to residential towers. Their roots run deep in Miami; it won’t be long before we see one of their towers here. Perhaps in Sunny Isles? Finally, that primary suite has to be among the best you’ve shown. The glass wall in the shower area is remarkable. Showering watching the sunrise over that view would be an unimaginable way to start any day. Your presentation of this property was flawless, Peter. 7:13 hmm, for some months i stayed at a Gran Paraiso penthouse, didn't really feel it. But this, i prefer the layout and that there is nothing in front of it. Gran felt congested with the related buildings beside it, this seem to feel detached and unrelated. The price is very impressive too, hmmmm. Will look in to this more, I want to relocate further up from Brickell, I been considering Aventura, but I did like the shorter distance of Edgewater to Brickell, just didnt like what Gran Paraiso offered for ME in terms of in house living experience, but this feels more like what I am about.
