I am not even a pet person that much and that idea is excellent! Some steps over my budget, but will see, this is PERFECTION for what I have been looking for! The RIGHT area, AND EVERYTHING. I can ignore the traffic to come home TO THIS!

The guy showing a high end property is not sophisticated enough with a good enough vocablulary to be believable in his discription of the property. It is like the first time, maybe 2nd that he has ever seen the level of construction!
This is NOT Brickell... it is SOUTH Brickell... much cheaper location.... ALL property in SOUTH BRIVKELL is much lower as far as VALUE and resell ability. So, for $12,000,000.00 it is WAY TOO MUCH... And the boy showingit is not brite at all.. like watching a 12 yrar old boy tell about the penthosue. Hard to watch this kid... so annoying all the goofy silly remarks.
