Ingredients:
3cups - Whole Wheat Flour
1/4cup - Sugar
1/2tsp - Nutmeg
1/2tsp - Salt use 1tsp if using unsalted butter or to your taste
1/2tsp - Pineapple Flavor
1/4cup - Butter
2tsp - Yeast
1/2cup Evaporated Milk (Warm)
1/2cup - Warm water
Add more water bit by bit until desired texture is achieved up to 1/2cup

Can’t wait to try this. Watching from AZ. Can almond milk be used in place of evaporated milk? If I make it into a loaf, do I still bake at 350F for 20-25 mins or start at 350 and reduce it to 325F once it’s preheated like your other bread recipes?

I finally made this recipe today using butter and omitting the vinalla it turned out great!; I was hesitate as this was my first time making bread.
