I am truly sorry for the delay in response. I had a case of TH-cam Burnout. Times have changed for me in recent months and I am slowly starting to get back to flying and my channel. Had a family tragedy, an Occupation change, a New car purchase, Daughter starting to drive. Kids' school activities and more. I prioritized family first and getting my mental state in order before I could resume my channel operations. Life is trending in a more positive direction and wanted to follow up where I left off.

Yes, as long as you film in 8:7 you can cut normal and vertical clips from one shot.

Got the 11, everything you say makes total sense but I'm wondering if social media platforms like instagram are compressing our posts to 1080 anyway but I guess the footage is still better with newer camera? Just wondering...
Hey, thank you so much for watching. No they are not compressing them down to 1080 P if you have your settings configured correctly on the social media applications when you upload but they are doing a sort of compression at 4K but this gives you a much better starting point anyway due to the cropping size.

Hey man, thanks for this cool video. I have GoPro 7 Black for a long time, and in recent years didn't use almost at all. The reason is simple, I use Instagram as my primary. And as you know, uplpding reels with clasic 4:3 ratio is not a good idea. So my question is, in your opinion is GoPro 11 mini good choice for upgrade to my?

Bro is there a way to change all clips on capcut after youve finished an edit? For eg, i have multiple cuts and edits and i dont want to edit every single cut!

does 8:7 only work with wide lens and above ?
How do I do this on my phone? I am recording with my hero 12…should I use 8:7 or 16:9??
