My family's favorite Liberian dish. Mrs Clarke makes this for me Often. But am going to be making some for my family soon. This Video will be my guide. Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful content 👌 👏 wow! I learned two major things from you today Mrs.Clarke, ....not adding too much water to my potatoes greens when cooking it and the way you cut of your greens, seriously it's so easy. I'm not a fan of cutting potatoes greens, prefer to buy it cut from the African store or i rather uses the blender to blend the greens.
I was about to ask this question. I have ogiri and I wondered if it's like moi moi. I am Nigerian. Moi moi means something else. I am in the process of making potato greens and starting searching for refresher course video.
Hello Qiturah. They’re optional, you can use other seasonings, and your meals will still have great taste. Maggie adds great taste to our meals, that’s one reason why most African uses it. Thank you.
I just tried it and it was magical. Thanks so much for sharing!.
One of my favorite meals. I will be making it this week.

Hi. How can I preserve palm oil? Do you store it in the fridge to last longer?
No it’s oil. It doesn’t need to be refrigerated. Store it the same way you’d store canola or olive oil.
@@Benni0stay0fly Thank you.
What is moin moin made of?
Hey Amanda, sorry for the late response. Moi moi is made from different types fish that are not so fresh. hope I answer your question?
@@mrs.clarkecooks5812 ohh I see for scent and flavor, thanks 😊
It is fermented fish, so it’s pretty stinky but makes your soup taste good, adds a certain flavor, similar concept to when Nigerians use Ogiri Igbo
Thank you it looks yummy
