  • 3 Best Qi Gong Exercises for the Morning: Start your day with a lightning flash of energy.
FREE two weeks of online Qi Gong classes: qigo.ng/am-qigong
Many people get their morning energy from a cup of coffee.
But what if we told you there was a more sustainable way to get energy in the morning…
And you didn’t have to deal with a potential “coffee crash” in the middle of the day?
    There is a way.
Start your morning with Qi Gong.
Qi Gong is an ancient “moving meditation” practice designed to charge you up, get clear and focused, and help cultivate energy.
In this 6-minute video, Master Qi Gong Teacher Lee Holden shares 3 of the best Qi Gong exercises to start your day with a lightning flash of vitality.
He also shares two key acupressure points that are excellent for waking up vital life-force energy (Qi) in your body.
If you enjoy this video, check out Lee’s online Qi Gong classes.
You can sign up for a FREE two-week pass of Lee’s online classes right now. This is not a traditional “free trial” because you don’t need a credit card.
With the two-week trial, you’ll get immediate access to over ten Qi Gong classes you can do from the comfort of your living room… as well as all of the LIVE video classes Lee teaches during your trial.

I'm 78 years of age, and I got a new hip several months ago, so I was not able to do my regular exercise routines for about 24 weeks. Now I do Qi Gong with Lee almost every day, and am recommending these easy-to-follow exercises to my counseling clients.

And also love the 30-day challenge (little secret: with the brown curtain behind you, my screen becomes a mirror! allowing control of my own movements!) Thank you for having put out this content, precious.

Hey, Lee -- I bought a 55-minute on-demand video from my cable subscription last night, my first time ever trying qi gong anywhere, and I woke up pain-free and reasonably limber. Thank you! Just did this, and I think I'll be exploring a bunch of your exercises and will likely subscribe soon too. Thanks for making it accessible and not too frou-frou and filled with music and stuff.

I love Chinese medicine and theories! So healing! What's it called in English? Chineseology? In Swedish they call it Kinesologi.
