This Stretch and Mobility class was just what I needed. I just got over having a really bad case of the flu and was bedridden for 4 days... I've been feeling pain in places I didn't realize I had pain before. Thank you Chris for this wonderful full body class - it was just what I needed to loosen up but not too intense where I feel like I'm coughing up my lungs! lol
Loved it so much I did this one again and I think I enjoyed it even better than the first time. I felt so relaxed, I couldnt stop yawning while stretching. I love these routines...and they have helped my mobility way beyond expectations. Defo dont skip these is my advice. Thank you.

These Tuesday mobility and stretch workouts are becoming my favourite! I'm seeing the progress and I feel great. And by the way, I really am dumb and I'll never learn math. Just sayin. 2 plus 2 is 22, right?
My hips needed this big time. I’ve started putting a cushion under my bum in pigeon, I can get my shin more into the parallel position with the mat. It’s a challenging position to hold but seems to be slowly improving.
I just did this and a) I loved it b) I am getting sooo mobile 😮😮 and c) I busted out laughing when you started flossing lmaoooo 😂 I missed that during the live. I will also definitely miss Liam he is a real one!
