I wore a long sleeve shirt to workout in my garage today. I felt the heat of my arm muscles through my shirt at the end. This was a fantastic basic workout today. I really liked using dumbbells and bands. That burnout at the end was extremely challenging. I had to drop 5 seconds or so early because my arms were jello. Thank you Chris!
As I was doing this workout in my living room, I got a glimpse of of my shoulder’s & biceps in the mirror above the fireplace mantle, and thought to myself, “Those mine? Yeah!” with a head nod! Thank you Chris for your encouragement, explanations for correct form, so I can not only like and appreciate my body.
I don't think I'm going to be able to wash my hair today😆. But my arms are getting stronger and stronger 💪💪. Thank you for another awesome arm workout💖💖

I am really getting fond of the really intense workouts. That's what working out with Chris every day will give you. I would not have said that 5 months ago!!

The overhead Triceps kill! I can do the other moves for Triceps but man those overhead ones suck but in a good suck kind of way! Definitely feel myself getting stronger after having to back off due to a lower back and shoulder tweak!

As promised. Made my husband do it with me. During the warm up, he said his shoulders were already feeling it, and before the first set was over he was dying. We both HOLLERED when we realized we had to do all the moves a second time 😂 great arm workout! After it was over, he said he really liked it so hopefully I can convince him to keep doing them with me!!!❤❤❤
Yep, my arms are burning. But I got to use the new band that my husband got me for Christmas. It's great! Highly recommend. (the band and the workout 😉)
My arms feel like rubber after doing this workout! 🤣 One of the hardest moves was the triceps bend over the head with the band - Yowza! A short but very challenging class for certain! Thank you, Christina for always motivating us to just do our best! 😃
