TWENTY ONE CRUNCHES!!! Took yesterday off this program and did a super weird class my brother's making me do called.....yoga?!?! Ever heard of this? It's for people with monumental patience and I did the hardest move I've ever done in my life before called..."lying still"??? Yeah, it was torture. Looking forward to Day 6, friends ❤
Chris, you are my life saver! I have NEVER been able to do ab crunches because no one told me that by allowing my head to be heavy on my hands, I could release pressure on my neck and get the ab movement right! Zero neck pain and total ab workout :D I did 20 crunches!
We didn't count how many press ups we did but we stopped when the timer stopped But my daughter is slowly but surely getting there we will keep pushing forward Thank you Chris we enjoyed today Steph and Isabella 🇮🇪 IRELAND

I did day 4 & 5 consecutive because I got busy yesterday. I'm so glad to be caught up. I love every video/workout in this challenge so far. I look forward to the new one evey day. I'm feeling stronger and i have more stamina already. Thank you Chris!!! ❤️

THIS WORKOUT WAS PERFECT FOR A FULL BODY WORKOUT AFTER A BASIC STEP!!! Can you tell i was excited?? I did a basic step workout then felt i wanted more! This was perfect cause it was simple moves but i could practice the movement with finally using heavier weights! ❤❤
In terms of knowledge and pure experience, I'm probably intermediate (maybe advanced intermediate). In terms of current strength, probably advanced beginner...just a cardio 👸. But this was such a great refresher. I missed all of December bw covid and some vacay and trying to integrate strength as I return. Ty for your help! PS ive loved some of your cardio...non-step but that's on my "find at goodwill" list!...not a dancer or great a choreo but you've always made it workable for me. I did 23. I love doing this challenge because sometimes you need to go back to the basics. I am able to do these first thing in the morning when I get up instead of worrying how to get a workout in after work when I have so many other things that need to get done.

i did 16 crunches within the timer, but i wanted a round number so i kept going untill 20! Loving the workouts Chris. before i would only want to do your step classes as cardio because i though that something else like "kickbox cardio" was not my thing. But with this series i'm actually learning i'm also enjoying the non step cardio 🙏
I am loving these workouts. They are so much fun. I went light for lower body because I did a regular LB workout yesterday. But I went heavier for upper body. Then I added on a low impact cardio workout. Yesterday's balance workout was really necessary. I think your form tips are excellent and good reminders for all of us! Thank you Chris!

This was awesome. I have spinal damage, so modified but did 15. I incorporated this with day 4. I had to shovel snow. Very invigorating. Loved the workouts. Thank you .
I love getting back to the basics with working out. Chris gives great info on correct form and alternative ways to do certain moves. Even though I have worked out for a long time, I always learn something from Chris to help improve by workouts. Thank you!!
I didn't count but i love how you build on previous workouts. I have comfortably been using the same weights you do (Which is something I cannot do on your regular workouts.) I enjoy the pace. Once again, I used day 4 as my warm-up for Day 5. I like how you sequence them so they are complementary!
Had to take a break yesterday but you've got me determined to see your 30 day challenge to the end. So for day 5 although a bit difficult I really appreciate that you break it down to proper technique as well as give options using a chair and working without the weights. I was able to do 20 crunches. Thank you so much

I did this twice with 1kg and 2kg dumbells, never thought I would!15 crunches both times.
