I am down to a 10/12 now and I’m telling you doing these workouts is what brings me joy 🤩. If you think you can’t, trust me you can. Just keep going and learning!

My right glute is the weakest because I injured myself many years ago to this day with all the work I do to strengthen it , it has improved but no where near what it used to be Normally glute work leaves me in pain not today so but I'll know when I wake her n the morning 😅 But this was really really good Thank you sooooo much Chris STEPH 🇮🇪 IRELAND

A great workout for the lower body! I liked the angled lunges, and I used 8# weights for the triceps when I usually use 5#. This year I'm going to try to push myself a little more to become stronger. Thank you for all the inspiration, Christina! 😃

I turned 45 today (I am going to pretend the balloons were just for me 🤣) and I am stronger than I have ever been, thanks to working out with you!! 🩷 This was a great lower body workout and honestly I felt like it was special just for my bday since we started out with my two favorite leg moves - deadlifts and angled lunges! Anything I do with my left leg forward is a challenge for my balance, hard to believe how different things are with my right leg forward. Something to work on...as well as everything else I guess. Glutes and hammies are my weakness so these workouts are always a challenge but it always feels wonderful when they are over. Thanks Chris
Legs and booty on fire - I did this workout after step class yesterday (+ arm workout from Monday), but feeling great today. Muscles are just a little bit sore (I thought I could not move today but it´s ok), so I will take the rest day today for real. Thanks to the whole crew for another great workout ❤
This lower body class worked out well. Large hematoma on my right hip and fully bruised leg. A week off and thankfully no laying on our side moves as the bruising has gone away but hematoma on hip is still there. Was able to do everything and get through it all. Love how a good work can be done without heavy weights. On to Standing Only upper body class.
Another great workout! Now if I could just convince Jim that when you say “squeeze your glutes” you mean squeeze your own & not your wife’s😂😂😂
