    I have been using panoxyl for 10 years. I love it. I recommend starting off with the 4% wash to get your skin used to it. Be gentle , don't scrub your face with any harsh physical exfoliators. Remember to moisturise and suncream. Also when using this product you don't need to use a toner as that can be too stripping for your skin.

    • @ZacMalone
      @ZacMalone  3 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Great advice, I recommend the 4% strength. Moisturizing and sunscreen is the key to protecting and maintaining the skin barrier. Thank you for watching :)

      @@kibikino7553 I did my love. In the first month or so. Please don't stress as that will make everything worse. Take it slow..if it is really drying than just use every other night. Moisturising is really really important. I use aveno. But anything simple without fragrance will work. Be patient. I remember looking in the mirror and crying for so long. Sticking with it was the best thing I ever did. Don't scrub your skin, be gentle, don't use any masks or any drying cleansers. I use the super drug vitamin E cleanser first..it comes with the cloth. Any hot cloth cleanser will do..make sure it is creamy with no fragrance. If you have any more questions please ask. I can send pics of the products I use etc. Hang in there sweetheart. X

    Hi Zac I'm a bit late but my acne has gotten worse over the years and it's pretty bad rn, I for some reason never really had a skincare routine, so I've been watching some videos to see what could help my skin. Is using the 10% benzoyl peroxide as a cleanser and using the CeraVe PM moisturizer right after every night ok? I also am wondering if those will help with my acne scars.

    • @ZacMalone

    Do you recommend to use another benzoyl peroxide spot treatment to leave on overnight after using that?

    • @ZacMalone
      @ZacMalone  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you are acne prone I’d use this face wash 1-2x daily and it should control acne. If you have a stubborn blemish you can use a spot treatment but maybe a different active ingredient like Azelaic acid or differin. I use The Ordinary 10% Azalaic Acid as a spot treatment if I have a stubborn pimple :)

      The cerave and panoxyl will be the same since the active ingredient is the same. Try the 10% as long as you’re not irritated the higher strength might be helpful for you. Remember to let it sit for a minute or two before washing off to allow the peroxide to work :)
