    I’m assuming it would be the same steps for the crf50 zokes? I just replaced the seals and dust scrapers and used the 7.5wt oil but it’s like they are super stiff and I weigh about 200

      Mess with your oil height. If their to stiff, lower the level. Only other option is change to 5wt, lighter springs, or change the valving. Id be changing oil height and viscosity to get what i want before anything else drastic.
