Nice seeing you on the trail, well done! Here's 3 tips when off-roading: 1) Picking your line, this comes with experience but it's super important when navigating rocks and roots 2) Go over obstacles and not in-between, pedal clip is your biggest enemy and that happens when you go in-between, this is also related to picking your line 3) Committing, when you are doubting mid-ride you lose momentum which is a recipe for failing, if you are unsure about an obstacle step off and analyze but once you go you have to commit
Nice one! Failure will lead to success. Offroading on EUC is a true full body workout. Thanks for showing everyone how much work it can be. Keep going, you'll get better!
Great video! Because of you and a bunch of other ‘Tuber’s, my first wheel is supposed to arrive tomorrow. 😱🫨🥳😃 I’ve been lusting after the Lynx, to eventually learn to do what you just did (but better, lol!). I appreciate watching you struggle a bit, it gives me a good idea of what I’ll be up against. But, I’m afraid that I’ve got a bunch of struggle ahead of me on flat ground before I even think of attempting anything like that trail. Plus, I’m starting with a used V12 HS (it even comes pre-scratched!). Much lower torque, but should be a great learner-wheel. Then, I’m hoping to upgrade to a Lynx and keep the ‘12 as a decent companion wheel for friends to learn on. 🤞🏼 Anyhow, I’m super stoked! I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve. Thanks for sharing the Uni-gospel!
Yeah TRUB shows how he full sends the Lynx in double black diamond trials in California. The Lynx is very capable and thats why we prefer higher pedals
great ride, man :) trail looked very challenging but super fun!! that lynx really seems like a worthwhile upgrade after 15,000~ miles on my og sherm.. if only I wasn't so broke lmao
Everytime you are sitting there and think you need to tell a grown ass person how they should be safe, take a second to remember, absolutely no one cares.

@@LiveStoked First of all, no one told anyone how they should be. Second, just because you don't care, doesn't mean no one does.
im split inside. thought it would be Ea syer for a street veteran. bought my 2 x V11 year 2021-sommer 3rd day i went MTB trail.. ripping the trail Black-Red-blue costing me long night of maintenance on my wheel but man i love it... never done any pads, i like the free standing on the pedals, honeycomb on one of the. i'm going for the lynx 2024 and i'm sure going for a full Grizzla set with their upcoming pedals, mainly because of the weight - power and speed it can reach. V11 never let me down, only downside, is its expensive parts, especially the cheap made but expensive Air shocks... the big downside is they are street illegal in Denmark, always gotta be prepared to make a getaway from the cops, :) cant wait 10 years before these are legal,
I agree with Ronnie, good to see you on the trails (out of your element) willing to show your viewers how good the Lynx really is ! Yes, please go back again & maybe with a small group 2-3 other riders and a leaf blower 😜---- also really wanna see what you think of the V14 torque vs the Lynx on those trails
never thought i would get the Stardew Valley-Hsiang crossover i never new i needed! (the song playing while on the dirt trail is on the jukebox in the stardew valley game) 😄😄😄
LOL, need to mount a leave blower to the front. Seriously though, good effort, thanks for sharing. I would love to see a vid of Chooch giving you some tips on off roading. You two are my fav EUC youtubers, so it would be a blast :)
Looking at getting a new wheel by the end of the riding season here in alberta as much as I love my v11 its done me good and has gone over 3500km in 2 months of me owning it with the previous owner putting 3300km on it. Great beginner wheel not something to use long if you ride often and want to have fun ripping I'm trying to make videos while riding but its hard to even get out and do new things with it being my only wheel however I will say I've been the only person in my city to make a v11 do not so v11 things like high speed offroading hill climbs that the sherman max doesn't even like, 3' drops, jumps at high speeds offroad. Id love to get to the point of reviewing multiple wheels however I don't have access to the funding for it at the moment so I can't review much of anything but the v11 while I have tried the lynx the v13 and the og sherman I haven't ridden them enough to give a solid review of them all I've got is the lynx is like riding on a cloud the v13 is a heavy brick basically the v13 is the hellcat of the euc world big heavy and fast the og sherman I tried and didn't like much its a higher power wheel than the v11 but you don't really notice the power difference until about 30kmh ontop of this its a heavy non suspension wheel that feels stable but not at the same time its weird. Anyways keep up the great work not everyone has the offroad skills of a madman like myself and I hope to get to a point on TH-cam where I can review several wheels on and offroad aswell I love riding eucs and love being apart of this growing community together we can change personal transportation eventually more and more people will be riding eucs more than they drive because its cheaper and alot of the times faster than driving.
This is really pleasant to see because I also spend most of my wheel time on the pavement I also struggle with the off road sometimes. Still have yet to find the right stairs to learn how to do that. Motor sounded terrible thou is this just a feature on lipperkim wheels? Patton grunts like that as well
I think a lot of that noise was leaves stuck in the mud guard or somewhere inside the wheel well area rubbing on the tire. My V11 gets leaves stuck in sometimes and it sounds like that.
I actually wonder why no one is experimenting with a 25-inch rim chain-driven EUC with a "mid-motor" it would make the wheel way lighter and suspension snappier, these motors are lighter overall too. Though we can have a chain cutout if it snaps, so maybe a shaft drive EUC?
@@bobdebouwer7835 Maybe some kinda fully enclosed belt, I ripped mine recently on a e-moto though, I don't like belts anymore. Planetary gears usually actually increase weight but idk, there might be a good way to make a lightweight one.
Dear HSIANG, thank you for sharing, just a small hint, if you place the cam in front of the wheel, about in the height of the pedals, it will look like you are flying in the terrain. If you turn it additionally upside down, it will be an unbelievable experience for everyone who will watch. Finally someone with respect.
I kept saying to myself "oop you need more speed" "keep your speed up" I struggle with the lack of confidence off road too

12:00 Sabre Crossfire pepper gel 👍🏽
Those are some of the hardest rocks I've ever seen

As good as chooch is i think he'd struggle with that many rocks too, many of the trails he rides are just gravel and sand with minimal rocks.
Always good to get out of your comfort zone :)

Same on the uneven number of wheels. I take my V14 inside a Westward Go-4 trike. Take it to the trails and rip on one wheel 😅
This is really pleasant to see because I also spend most of my wheel time on the pavement I also struggle with the off road sometimes. Still have yet to find the right stairs to learn how to do that. Motor sounded terrible thou is this just a feature on lipperkim wheels? Patton grunts like that as well
Oh stairs are way easy than you think! Just stay calm and let the suspension does its thing, it's really not as scary as it looks
I think a lot of that noise was leaves stuck in the mud guard or somewhere inside the wheel well area rubbing on the tire. My V11 gets leaves stuck in sometimes and it sounds like that.
Do you think the street tire would be better for mostly street or would you go with the knobby tire to be safer in the times you go off road.
I have the same helmet as Hsiang, because we are basically best friends.

Out of breath? 😂 Me too since i ride instead of walking...😅
Another great video. I have always thought of your channel as the spiritual successor to houseofjob.
Hi, when will you be reviewing the inmotion V14?
Hopefully soon!
With a little bit of practice, riding the Lynx on the snow is pretty easy
Take the kickstand off next time, you won't have to worry about clipping the back of the wheel on the rock lol
Well, not to offend, but I would do that trails and rocks easily on my S18😅
But hey, thumbs up for trying 👍🏻
I had a hard time with any sort of hill climb on the s18, downhill it's great but not a lot of trails are downhill only

Что вы используете от проворота и отрыва ниппеля камеры когда давление низкое
Подходит только смена камеры на более лучшую. Но на линксе же вроде без камеры?
