    Bruh, I dont get how people like you don’t have any problems with their joints…my knees elbows and hips are fucked up
    Hope that nothing like this will cross your path, keep going!

      So his entire workout is aimed at preventing issues by addressing underlying deficiencies. Most of this stuff is volume and diverse movements. It's not going to cause the damage that lets say Ronnie Coleman style workouts would do. Problem with people who have messed up joints is they were never using them correctly in the first place or progressed to higher loads in singular movements. You can program your body to destroy your own knees, his workout is the opposite of this.

    To save you time, the best warm ups are doing the same workout but without or little weight.

    I feel like Ive done everything to get my legs to grow, I even split my legs from quads and hamstring days. Hope this video has something new.
    Does it matter foot position on front squat, been doing them close

    • @jevonlloyd3058
      @jevonlloyd3058 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Close together I get more strain on my quads

    • @philhooper4196
      @philhooper4196 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@jevonlloyd3058 close together and lower on the pad to hit quads. If your knees are pasing the tips of your toes, primarily quads.

    Couple of exercises are quite interesting. Will defo give a try.
    Maybe we should all share our leg workout routines here :D would be great to see what other people do.
    I'm a big fan of doing legs 1 (once) every 2 weeks. I do a really heavy workout and then don't touch legs outside of cardio like running, walking, or volleyball.
    1. Front leg raises in a machine 3 sets, 15-20 reps, going to failure on last set.
    2. Back leg raises in a machine 3 sets, 15-20 reps, going to failure on last set.
    This is to get the blood pumping.
    3. Back squats 1 warm-up set, 1 60% weight set, 1 80% weight set, 4 main sets, 1 set with barbell only.
    4. Front Squat - 4 sets of 60-80% weight, 10 reps max
    5. Cossack squats with kettlebell - 2 sets, 10 reps per leg, small weight
    6. Calves - 2 weight sets 100% of weight, 2 sets with my own weight
    I always feel really comfortable from doing those raises in the beginning. It gets a lot of blood into the muscles and the squats feel easy as hell. Obviously, combined with a proper warm-up before the raises.
