      Make sure to remember the difference between hypertrophy and strength building though. This video is about hypertrophy so it shows methods to grow your muscles but strength building is usually advised first for beginners to get the muscles and most importantly the tendons used to lifting and carrying weights. This reduces the risks of injuries a lot and allows you to make the most of hypertrophy training later on since you'll be able to do more proper reps in a row, meaning more gains.

    The reason why I love your videos and subscribed is that you teach us how to engage the muscles properly and shows us how the actual tempo is to be for training!

    Hi Obi, I like your videos, for me, you have great content.
    But I wanted to ask you what you think of different training splits. I currently follow a push pull work out for 4 days, each day has a focus group and a 5th just for arms. I want your advice for things related with volume because I think frecuency is covered with 2 days per group.
    Note: I have 7 months training and I have progressed very well
    Thank you much and congrats for the great content

    If we have lower back injury, herni disc ; will these exercises make it worse ?

    • @kikinuko
      @kikinuko 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The deadlifts may. I had a herniated disk at one point from over use in olympic weightlifting. And deadlifts, cleans, etc made it worse. If you do it, it would prob be a good idea to do lower weights for the deadlift. I would be careful tho

      This has gotta be a trolling comment? Everyone you mentioned has roided out ugly legs that have no aesthetics or athleticism. They can't even jump 12 inches off the ground lol. I much rather Obi's legs.
