So this is the last part of my EOD Helmet build from Halo Reach. I thank all of you who have been patient as I work on my prints! I plan on making more helmets as time goes on. Soon I hope to be able to start listing new prints I do on my Etsy store. Please let me know of any ideas or prints you'd like to see done!

BRO AGAIN WITH THE AMAZING CONTENT YOU ARE AWESOME! Love the videos keep it up. Do you sell this stuff?
Thank you bro! I appreciate the feedback🙌🏼 I hope to soon on my Etsy shop, once I do I’ll be sure to drop a post about it
Honestly the part I want to see most is how people make visors that aren't just flat. Like how the ODST helmet has the angles in it.
I’m actually trying to work on that too! Especially for an ODST one, I’m seeing that vacuformed visors are the way to go. The only catch is either build a DIY one, or buy a vacuum former which can be a lot of $$$. I’m weighing options now for how to go about it for the next helmet I do.
Vacuum form. Print out the shape you want the visor to be, this is called a buck. A simple diy form and shop vac can get the job done cheaply. If it doesn't work you won't be out much.
This exactly👆🏼👍🏼, just print with a good amount of walls and infill so the PLA doesn’t melt with the high heat of being formed
Love the blue on it
Honestly, I didn't realize the blue until after It had dried lol it was a lucky accident that came out great
when you pointed out the suit in the videi it reminded me of those marvel videos where they point out all the easter eggs in a trailer
Lol
I built this exact model as well. Excellent work.
Nice! I see it on your pfp, good work!
I just bought an Ender Pro 3 and I can't wait for it to arrive in the mail. You're videos are making me so excited to finally be able to build my own spartan armour.
I’m happy to hear that! And super excited to for you too. There is countless possibilities that can be done when getting a 3D printer of your own!
i'd love to see a CQB helmet!
That's a good one! I've seen some files of it I'd be happy to try out
Im a bit to the post but my DUDE. Youre by far my favorite content creator for this type of stuff. All your builds are amazing, your filming is top tier, and you have a great video layout/editing style. As always great build man, that helmet is just as good as I thought it would look. Best of luck on the future builds.
Thank you so much! Having that feedback is much appreciated!
cant wait for your channel to blow up
I appreciate that!
very cool, cant wait to see the armor!
That looks amazing, good work! Would you mind sharing your printing settings? I'm trying to start a project like this on my own
Sorry for the late reply, if you look at the description on my build series you should see my printer settings. Hope this helps!
@@isaacdprojects thanks! Somehow I missed that
No worries! Let me know if you have any questions
nice job congrats
Thank you!
It's looking good Welcome to the 405th!
Thank you so much!
Amazing work
Earned a sub and I can't wait for you to grow this is badass!👏
Thank you so much!🙏🏼
@@isaacdprojects no thank you🙏
I'm actually working with the same files right now. Do you have a discord server for your fans to interact with you? I'd love to pick your brain about a few things. Great video by the way.
Thank you! And honestly, I hadn’t considered making one until now. I’ll look into getting one open since there’s been a few questions I have gotten, feel free to shoot me an email if you have any questions until then. I’ll respond back to this email when I get a discord up
Your videos have been super helpful in completing my current project, thank you so much! What have you been using to glue the pieces together? And does it work well?
Glad I can help! For this helmet in particular, it's modeled in a way that everything holds on together. However, after I finished the helmet with all the painting and weathering, I ended up supergluing everything but the neck seal ( It's held by magnets so I can fit my head in ) so there's no chance of it falling apart. Almost like a Lego set you wouldn't want to lose a piece to if that makes sense.
Were you at his worlds in Cardboard armor wearing eod helmet?
HCS
Not me, but I hope to be there this year in Seattle!
@@isaacdprojects see you there
