Hey Trip, Looks awesome! I'm installing one myself at the moment. Did you hook up the parking Lights and hand brake? If so which pins or color wires, are they on the factory connector? Also did you have to wire the Vehicle Speed?
I did not hook it up. I messed around with it for a few mins trying to figure it out then said screw it don't need it ha. No the speed should work already.
glad its all back together. dash looks great, the classic layout looks good to me, good contrast.
Sweet vid, haven't seen many iq7 installation videos out there.
Yeah not alot. Figured I fill the hole
THIS is very informative man
thanks for making this video! i'm considering one of these since i don't want to have gauges everywhere in my interior
Yeah I don't like all the clutter & added complication
The older look dash is sorta cool, but I vote for the regular yellow/red one.

I like the second one...looks more race car but both are cool
It reminds me of a Sports bike
What head unit is that?
its just the Factory one
would supercharger fit under hood ?
Yeah as long as the Charger doesn't stick above the valve cover
@@TripSkyWalker were you thinking of going sc or turbo?
@@Prepelec No i am staying NA. forced induction will bump me out of Class, also it adds complications, less reliability & cost for a track car.
@@TripSkyWalker makes sense and on the plus side you can still use stock transmission yes ?
@@Prepelec Yes. i still have the stock trans. generally they are good for 350 to 400 hp
