    When we think of Korean beef, we usually think of grilled sirloin or tenderloin.
    or brisket to make soup.
    But there are many other delicious cuts of beef.
    This time, I made yukjeon and abalone shank
    By using rump and shank which is inexpensive and low in fat.
    I sliced the beef rump into thin slices, marinated it in seasoning, and grilled it in an egg wash.
    I also made abalone shank with beef shank.
    After boiled for a long time and soaked in soy sauce,
    It had a mild flavor and the elderly neighbors liked it a lot.
    Then, I made kimchi called 'Jeolla-ban-ji' with beef brisket.
    'Jeolla-ban-ji' is a precious food that used to be enjoyed by the royal family in Jeolla Province.
    With a flavor somewhere in between cabbage kimchi and dongchimi,
    'Jeolla-ban-ji' has a cool and refreshing flavor with brisket broth.
    Especially when paired with brisket slices, you can feel a new kimchi flavor.
    Flavorful and delicious Korean beef!
