If your gut is in dysbiosis, it's best to introduce fermented foods very slowly. They can eventually be so much of what helps heal your gut.
Good point. Good argument for probiotic supplements too though I mostly rec food

I read that fermented foods are acidic for teeth and increase gastric cancer by 20%. I wish you had been asked her that.
I heard that sprouts can develop bacteria which is not good for you. Any idea/advice?
Yes this happens is they are sprouted properly say too moist or not clean vessel.
