Like after his l cancels or in general he doesn't dash back when he l cancels too close to shield. After he laser shield with closed spacing he always throws out an attack after when if anyone noticed that ... its counter able with a wave dash out of shield back. I respect shiz a lot I feel like I'm always on his stream and hes actually helped my summer grind development individually. I hope he finds out what hes missing because hes been too close to top level for so long but doesnt truly know his struggles although he might think he does. Once he gets it tho he will be gr8 O and his laser spacing is great (he has a situational call out for every grounded and jump option his opponent has but the way he holds neutral with aerials and his aerial spacing could use work at times also ... just my analyzing. But he has patients which can get him far. I think I get impatient with avoidance and end up over aggressing which leads to 90 percent of most my opponents conversions. So tht alone is my struggle area

The Melee gods are going to retire someday. They are really positive about finding out new talent to be replaced by so the scene doesn't dies. Melee is the biggest longest living competitive fighting game and they love it with all their heart.

As a Falco main when I switch over to Fox I play just as bad if not worse than what was shown in the fox clip. I naturally dont adapt to fox even in Smash 4 where Falco is lower tier I tend to do better, just not a matching style for me.

It's really disappointing how the falco neutral game has seemed to regress in recent years. The clean laser based neutral completely dropped off when PPMD left. And now shiz is somewhat back and playing his classic style and it's being proven that the new style just throws the neutral away for no good reason.
