Interesting! Love green tea. I would love to see a video dedicated to cold sores/herpes. I've read about lysine, vitamin C and B6, and there's a lot of other home remedies. What's true in all of this? I have a bad case of cold sores, they appear every month and have for years. It's not fun at all...
Lysine works. I used to get cold sores, you know how they start out with that tingle, then the painful tingle, then the build up of the blister that lasts a few days, then the drying and scabbing over of the blister. Years ago I heard about L lysine...you can buy it at the drugstore. As soon as I feel that little tingle that a sore is starting, I take about 5 or 6 tablets, then two or three a day for the next few days. The sores never get beyond a tiny little blister that is barely visible. And I don’t know if lysine stays in the body, but I rarely even get them anymore. No I never checked with my doctor about this....and I would suggest you do - but likely most doctors will instead be sure to have some highly priced pharmaceutical product they will want to push on you. I did some research, and my findings is that the amino acid lysine isn’t dangerous. All I know is it worked for me.
I used to break out in these painful embarrassing sores until about 6 yrs. ago and my dermatologist prescribed Acylovir.. I still take it and haven't had one since. Also lip sunscreen when out in sun.
I have suffered from cold sores since I was young. Prescription valacyclovir works if you can get it or not too expensive. As a backup, from the first sign of a tingle that a cold sore is coming, I take a few pills of Quantum Super lysine pills available on Amazon. I also apply Abreva and then layer an organic lysine lip ointment that you can also buy on Amazon. Unfortunately there is no cure but this is what I figured works for me and I can lessen the cold sore to last less than 3 days.
I just ordered a glycerine based green tea extract off of Amazon. The stuff is a deep brown, so I imagine it is strong. Please tell me the problem with loose tea leaves? Here in England, cold brewing and hot brewing tea leaves is part of life. We have timers to tell when white, green & black teas are ready. We have electric kettles which turn off at the exact temperatures needed for each infusion. Relax with a cup of tea the English way. BTW, we slice pieces of a ginger root to steep with our tea leaves. We only drink milk with black tea.😁

Awesome! How informative. Got to get back to drinking my teas. And by the way, I love that robe that you have.
Dr. Dray made me buy this! Thanks for recommending. Almost all of your recommendations work out pretty well for me 😊 love your Channel
Please never stop making videos
:)
I am going to have to try green tea. I only drink water and water with a slight bit of tea in it which is probably just slightly colored water but I fall for it so that’s ok 😂. I am not caffeine sensitive but I do get on my own nerves when I consume it . Sad but true !
I really appreciate this video. I love green tea and I prefer to consume less, but better. Your health advice is so beneficial. Thank you.

Why not get matcha tea instead? Prob more than 12 times higher anti oxidant level than tea bags.
Matcha always makes me vomit I can't handle it I read it's super detoxifying idk I love green tea tho
Because it tastes disgusting
I drink black tea!!! A lot.
The tea crystals would be awesome for traveling!
Hmmm I love black tea and this time of year I love Chai tea. I doubt there's any health benefits there! Thank you for this video! Happy Tuesday! 😊
Lori Abercrombie Happy Tuesday
Thank you for your videos and thank you on the info regarding teas. I just ordered some Pique teas with your discount code, so thank you for that as well! Your content, knowledge and personality makes me look forward to watching your videos when I get home from work...they're calming and relaxing! So glad I came across your channel.
You are a brilliant woman!
First video I've watched of yours with a Cerave ad in the intro.
Usually it's something like a fragranced "anti-aging" overnight cream...Lol
Love green tea! 🍵
I went and made some decaf green tea after watching this. :)
I also have been drinking Matcha green tea many cups daily, after dinner I switch to Matcha decaf, will check their history where they source there green tea,.Enjoyed🌈🎃🍁🍂🎃
Maria B Where do you get your decaf matcha? I’ve been looking for that...
We only drink milk with black tea.😁
no problem
Dr Dray You are so sweet. You cheer me up.
Check out the Isntree green tea toner. They discuss their process and importance of their product being brown on their website. It’s available on YesStyle
Sarah Thank You!
It's so expensive. I wish I could

I loved the video and will check out the tea. I am always interested in new green tea.
Dr. Dray, do you recommend Resveratrol? Dr. Dray is the best.
Love green tea 💚 I love your owl glass. I have owl glasses too; they’re so cute!
Are you wearing some type of healthy make-up? Your skintone looks so even!!

I use matcha green tea powder to make a mask. My skin likes it a lot but sadly I don’t like the taste of it.
Is decaffeinated green tea still beneficial? Has it still got antioxidants? Thank you.
From what i know caffeine free destroys a lot of benefits due to th treatment, cold brew ur tea in fridge instead (6-8 hrs or overnight and stays fresh in fridge for >3 days) instead as this nearly halves the caffeine ammount
@@JJ-pu9fc Thank you.
I know spearmint tea is supposed to be good for people hurritism and pcos. I would like to really try it everyday but I’m not much for mint flavors.
I wonder the benefits for metastatic BC to the liver. Right now I only have 1 lesion but would absolutely love a natural way to prevent more. Thank you so much for this important information 😊
