Green Tea is a great ingredient to have in a skin care... Used the trials of Innisfree green tea collection.. Used the Tony Moly Green Tea line.. If you are the type of person that looks for balancing skin barrier, reducing sebum and anti aging... Green tea is good... green tea toners are refreshing to use too.. My problem with green tea is that it ain't cheap...
If planning to buy one.. Invest on green tea products that have few ingredients, no alcohol and other questionable ingredients... Cause it is such a bummer buying a green tea product with less green tea in actual component
There are some Korea brand that’s good and without fragrances and drying alcohol. Check out brand Benton and One Thing

If you can get regular green tea from your local market you can make yourself some simple products like toner and cleanser. I make my own eye gel and toner with it. I also grate & strain cucumber and use them together. Cucumber is so great for your skin as well. Good luck!
My skin face is acne prone type and I use Benton Green tea toner and moisturizer. It works perfectly on my face! I never experience acne inflammation again 😆

As a 14 year old teenager I have natural skin? Should I put innesfree green tea serum because I have an oily skin face but at my nose part it’s very dry, and pimple scars??? But I’m worried about the ingredients because it has alcohol,fragrance…. can someone give me a right advice should I or should I don’t?
The Neogen green tea cleanser is too drying for my skin. Would recommend for oily and acne prone skin only.

I have used Innisfree green tea seed serum before. Don’t like it as it contains many fragrances and denatured alcohol. Alternatively Benton green tea toner and serum doesn’t have fragrances and denatured alcohol.
Used tony moly green tea line before... And I am so disappointed when I read the ingredients of the green tea cream I bought.. Like it has alcohol and other questionable stuff..
Thanks for the warning... Innisfree is expensive to my wallet and if that contains alcohol.. I'm out..

I will gave to try Bentons. I bought the Innisfree green tea wash and it smells like perfume! Not good if you get it in your eyes. Idk why they put SOOO much fragrance in but I wont buy their other products based off that one.

Hi doc !! May I know does using salicylic acid cleanser by cerave everything will make ur skin more sensitivity? ( I have normal- sensitive skin)
Salicylic Acid (BHA) is an exfoliation acid. Good for oily and and acne prone skin as it can penetrate into pores and clean it. Since you have sensitive skin may try the cerave hydrating cleanser or gel to foam cleanser
As mentioned by other comment here... Salicylic acid based cleansers are good to acne prone skin... Since you have normal and sensitive skin... Try switching to milder formulations..
You can do alternate cleansing using SA cleanser and another mild cleanser.
I also brought the SA cleanser and its a big bottle so throw away is not an option plus I don't have major problems with it unless I use it daily as I am using differin too.
I also have dry and very sensitive skin. I use SA cleanser twice a week and use the cream to foam cerave on usual days.
Also use Salicylic acid 1x per day, preferably at night. Use gentle cleanser in the morning ya !

Green tea has this anti inflammatory effects. If really want reduce melanin can use kojic acid, vitamin C or azelaic acid.

Any moisturizing Cream with urea in it is great for psoriasis or Eczema.Just don’t go by a bottle saying “for psoriasis” or for diabetic foot though they have urea in it too.all brands eucerin even has.what urea does it helps to penetrate better and give great moisturing.that’s the general concept,but brands will expand there products just in name of psoriasis.only check the ingredients list for urea :) comes for a dermatologist and please pray for my final thesis 🙏

Try add hydrating serum/ toner and find 2-5% of niacinamide

Yes! I make my own toner with green tea, aloe Vera, salicylic acid, few drops of lemon, and vitamin E. And it works great! I make it every week. It helps with acne prone/ oily skin. I have a sensitive skin and this toner works perfect. My face looks softer, younger, and blemishes are healing.
