    Great workouts. In this time of Covid I’m doing your workouts via Zoom, with a relative in her 20s who lives in another state and her mom who lives in another city. Gets us all moving and feeling connected. Thanks!

    Started working out with you for the simple reason of your chair workouts. Since then I feel I have gotten stronger, sleeping better too!. I like this because it is more challenging and I feel that’s where I am in my program. Thank You for your work for us SENIORS 🤩🤩

    Great video! We are both in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. We believe that "moving is medicine!" Need to maintain a strong body, a calm mind, & positive outlook.     I like all your exercises. It would be nice if you had real music instead of white noise.
