When you got the Revive, I thought about how an Item could be used for things outside of the game's use towards Randomizer Rules. Where say finding a Revive in the wild would allow you to resurrect one fallen Pokemon. If you find a shop selling them however, those only do their in game effect.

Got to be honest I have debating about giving the Max Revive or similar a Rez, since I felt the regular Revive might be too common in early gens
