Don't be fooled by other "minimalist" videos! You probably don't even need half of what they say you do! Interested in more extreme minimalism? Check out my newest minimalist video: th-cam.com/video/aOAK1f-gMg0/w-d-xo.html.
Finally! I've been searching for a mama like you! Tired of these minimalists with strollers and cribs, nothing wrong with that but I'm looking for mamas who want to live simpler lives:)
I think the only reason why this video don’t have a million likes is because most of us are so badly influenced by the endless (most useless) stuff te market has for babies. I love your minimalism truly gonna follow most the stuff you suggest . Very useful!
I searched a real clear minimalist video, this is best advice, I so agree that lots of things makes life only difficult, better to have essential easier life too
@@habeshasister11 Thanks for your kind words! I try to be as minimalist as possible! I just released this video sharing more about our extreme minimalism: th-cam.com/video/aOAK1f-gMg0/w-d-xo.html!
Thank you, this video was great. Searching for “minimalism and baby supplies” online I just got sent to long expensive lists of baby stuff I’m supposed to buy. This is truly what I was searching for in terms of bare essentials!
This was so helpful, thank you! I'm early in my pregnancy but already feeling worried about having a newborn in a small apartment and on a tight budget. It's really hard to find actual practical advice and this was exactly what I was looking for.
I was the same, i live in a small 1 bed flat and was so overwhelmed by all the stuff you're meant to have with a baby. I'm sure i still have too much but most of it will last past the newborn stage.
This is what i needed when i was pregnant. Baby is now 5 weeks and I'm sure i have too much stuff whilst buying the least possible. We've had to add to it to help our breastfeeding journey and feeding in general but i still think it's minimalistic compared to a lot of others.
Love this so helpful and very simple especially as a mama expecting baby 5 (39 weeks !! ) ; pretty good curated list of very bare basics great tips and recommends 💛
Love this! I’m having my second baby and learned so much from that experience. I spend so much time, mental energy and stress on extra THINGS because I thought I needed them to give my baby the best start to life. Things like stainless steel baby/toddler utensils (which are actually pretty cool haha) and a Montessori learning placemat, I stressed that I didn’t have anything from Lovevery. Even though I think it’s a good company and I love Montessori, I got way too sucked into the 1st world, materialistic version of Montessori and I regret that.
I am the same. Do you do montessori? How did you move away from the materialistic side of it. My baby is 5 weeks and i really want to follow montessori as a parenting approach.
This is great info! We have the convertible car seat already, and one of the booster seats isn’t being used, so we can use a booster seat with our youngest and use his car seat with the baby when he comes. :)
@@thewellnessfamily thanks for making such a realistic video. 👍🏻 I’m 25 weeks with my third baby and I am just trying to do things completely different this time around. I always have way too much stuff and it’s a waste honestly.. ready to be as minimal as possible.
Yes!! Everyone in your house will be less stressed when there is less junk everywhere. Just imagine what a mom would've done 100 years ago and try to copy that!
Really grateful for this video. Simple and minimal. I do have one question, i'm a first time mom and i want to cosleep but, How do you keep your baby warm at night without a sleepsack?
Good question! I make sure their top is nice and warm - like a long sleeve onesie and maybe even a long sleeve sweatshirt over that depending on the temp in your house. You can put pants on too, or I just wrap their legs in a blanket. Usually their legs are touching me belly (for some good skin to skin connection & warmth) and I have a blanket over both of us (below both of our belly buttons so its no where near their face).
If baby sleeps in our bed we use a thin swaddle as a blanket for him, and on top of that he's under our blanket along with us. My country is cold and doesn't stress all that much about "no blankets in bed" "no pillows" "only lying on back" (actually not too long ago it was normal to have baby sleep on their tummy and even now in hospitals they teach you to lay baby down on their side, not back :D )
Thank you for sharing❤❤! lucky I found your video! (I almost gave up on online tips after watching several videos and reading some pages on same topic) I am about to giving birth to my first baby! I love your recommendations, so simple so helpful! Thanks alot.
Great question. I honestly have never bottle fed so maybe I'm not the best person to answer but I would by a few high quality bottles to start with. Figure out what works best for you and your baby before you invest in a lot.

I agree. Her advice is so useful.
This is the only video I've seen so far, that REALLY is minimalistic! After having 2 kids, I totally agree with this!

Brilliant! I'm pregnant with my 3rd now and definitely want and need to do things minimally this time around.
