    does anyone else try to rest when they have lower back pain and it doesn't help? but dont want to exercise? fatigue and ungroundedness

      It helps to find the right exercise. Movement is generally good. I find cycling at a Z2 pace really helps. I add in things that hurt a little at a time and recover with the cycling. Maybe swimming is good for some people. But unless a physical therapist or orthopedic specialist tells you otherwise, movement is usually recommended.

    This practice was exactly what I needed after an emotional, heavy Sunday. I must admit to have cried at the last Yin pose. I guess this is what they mean with "releasing emotional tension in your hips". Thank you, Juliana!

    I think this is one of my favorite yin classes. I loved the postures that helped me releasing the tension and I've also appreciated a lot the meditative part, so holding the postures in silent, just listening to the relaxing music and our breath. I send you all my love🙏🏻💛

    Thank you for this sequence, I’m currently studying the 200ytt and I’m amazed at how stiff my body is, after having 3 big babies I didn’t realise how much tension and emotional stress I’ve held onto for years. This sequence helped me to let go of so much emotional stress, I cried doing the fire log, I have been waiting for these emotions to surface and it’s a great relief although rather tiring.     Boho Beautiful is hands down the best yin yoga you can find on TH-cam, period. Buuut goodness she does not stop talking! Even this one, where she said she'd give us silence, she kept going for a while before finally falling silent. It made it very hard for me to focus, so I was a little stressed until about halfway through.
    That being said, I'll still keep coming back because, like I said, she has the absolute BEST yin yoga videos! What a great assortment, a wide range of interesting poses, great body part focuses, etc. Magical.

      YES. I have loved their yin yoga for years but the amount of talking is excessive. I’ve sometimes had to stop videos because of it. Did so now at the end.

    Ohhh I love the this - perhaps an even longer period of silence once we are settled into a pose? with limited guidance and just a few cues given at the beginning of the pose.... Not that I don't find Juliana's voice ever so calming ! 😊

    I woke up with such a pounding headache, like never before, and I instantly knew it was because I had taken a break from my consistent morning yoga practice for the past 2.5 weeks due to travel. Doing this class gave me the release and energy flow I needed to reconnect with my natural rhythm, and do some much needed self care. Thank you, amazing as always

    Two things-
    1.) There were tears streaming down my cheeks for apparently no reason.
    2.) The knee crossover with cactus hands was hurting my knee, should I be worried?
    Amazing practice with you as usual juliana.

      I had the same thing happen. I'd recommend using a folded up blanket or a booster to support your knee where it's crossed with the opposite ankle. I find bending too far can cause strain in the knee and down the rest of the leg. I'm going to experiment with it. I have a sore/strained knee and I've been finding ways to ease the pain and help it heal.

      Although my knee is fine, I think I had tight IT band as I go for jogging, finding ways to gently stretch and not make it too hard

    I'm 68, all 3 types of scoliosis, but have done stretches and yoga for many years. My stretch recommend yin yoga and your practice is all I do. Thank you for your soothing voice and dedication to helping others through yoga.

    In the middle of this practice I found myself crying, all of the sudden. I think I've been pushing myself too hard, I realized my mind and body was asking me to surrender, to take it slow, to give up a little, to prioritize kindness and awareness before relative physical improvement.     Though I have been doing asanas for the last 25 years, many of the Sister's postures are not taught to me and is very interesting for me to follow. Really i feel more flexible. Thank You Sis.

I love your voice, so peaceful, and i am faithful that your personality and charisma is peaceful as well. Love you spiritual devotional couple! Thanks to you, now i have my second yoga teacher. Your instruction at first seems a little fast forme to catch up. But now i am used to it. And now i can really make a yoga gentle flow. Although i am not balanced enough and flexible enough to make some hard postures, but i am really trying and believing that someday i can get as flexible like you. I have followed you since 3 years ago, when i first started to follow vegan diet. Now i am not vegan but vegetarian, still, i come back to you. Your channel, i have watched even your way of thinking about planet earth, animals and so on. I love the struggles you have been through, which i know they are very challenging, because we all know without fall, there is no flight. You travel a lot unlike me and seem your knowledge about this world is tremendously large. Thanks to you, i have travelled through the screen. A lot of landscapes you guys have pictured, love all of them. Your care for this universe is huge. Love you. I believe you will be walking longer and longer in this spiritual path. Ommmm Namaskar 🙏

    Love Boho Beautiful but would be very grateful if you turned off the mid-roll ads. I’ve never seen them before until today’s session and was interrupted by them four times. Very distracting and difficult mid-flow. I’ve done hundreds of sessions with you and never seen them before until today. Hopefully it can be resolved. Thank you!!

    I love your yoga! This is the first time I have noticed you said @boho Beatiful: " I will stay quiet through the poses". But then you did not, you kept a small silence, but started talking too soon. You spoke way too much when you had promised to stay quiet. Would much rather you then not say you will be quiet. I hope you understand. Thank you for everything you have given us, such wonderful yoga!

    May I ask if I'm still recovering from a lower back pain, do I ONLY do these kind of videos or should I do this alongside a different pilates video of yours if I'm looking to still fit in a workout?

    I'm subscribed and loved this practice! I especially love the voice-over as opposed to the teacher speaking while demonstrating; the sound quality is excellent, and i can follow along really well if I choose to keep my eyes closed, and don't have to strain to hear

    Thanks for your wonderful vids new subscriber here me and my eldest son have just got into doing yoga together we prefer to go natural and your a big inspiration and your videos have helped. He's being more comfortable with his body (a very fine one at that lol better shape than hubbys 😂😂) when we can get to nudist beach's we practice at home. Keep up the good work
