(Not that I don't play as a busty woman in 2 parts kulve armor [MR Alpha chest, HR waist], 2 parts LessIsMore demon lord armor [legs and arms] and a rainbow gem stuck to my forehead). I find the busty mods too much even for me.

Tip for the captures. You don't need to do it in the exposed order. You can use the Tranqs first as long as you use the trap right after. Some monsters can leave traps really fast and it's best to do this while they're sleeping.
To add onto this; the Tranq bombs last a decent amount of time too, so if you're really on top of reading and aggroing the monster, you can tranq and place the trap ahead of time!
That’s one of the things I really like about this series, the inputs can be as lax or as elaborate as you want them to be! They did a great job designing all the weapons
Reminder to take your time and unlock things before you go into Iceborne. You can definitely rush in and kill the first monster to ger Master Rank armor but the mantles, tool upgrades, and all the little upgrades you unlock in the base game are pretty important especially when they throw walls at you in Iceborne meant for players who got to play for months back when it was released.
oh god yes. Iceborne is no joke. I had already put 100+ hours into world when ice came out and got hard stuck like 3 different times. And this was before i discovered the grinding lands and the hidden late game monsters after that. And to this day i still havent beat Alatreon or Fatalis. Im pretty sure i could but just havent played it much recently
This! Mantles are such an important part of the game and I believe you get a second slot for them after you beat Xenojiiva. Vitality, Temporal, Rocksteady and Dragonproof are too good to pass up. Iceborne you NEED every advantage you can get!
Charge Blade isn't actually that complicated. It's like that famous rule from Glengarry Glen Ross. ABC: A- Always, B- Be, C- Charging. Keep charging up that juice and reapply it when you get an opening, and you'll be a monstrosity on the hunting ground in no time. And don't spam SAED, no matter how much you want to unga bunga like a Hammer main
Absolutely! To be 100% transparent I was jokingly embellishing pretty much most of the weapons, CB included; every single one of them once you take them to the training room and play around, it’s pretty clear how to use them.

tried every weapon, and gotta say i either go full piano mode playing the charge blade or press THE one button with greatsword, there is no inbetween
