If I ever go rotated, you're the one I'm buying from.
Perfect welds.
Magnifique, vous souder à combien d’ampère vous personnellement
100% agree About welding is the easy part. Fitting is another level of art.
Not everyone know's how to clamp a pipe in a vice like that, nice to see!
Thanks for the close up arch shots. Definitely shows me thank I’m moving too fast.
No problem!
Damn!
Never thought I would be slobbering over a piece of metal ....🤤, I think I may be looking to order some pieced from your for my Subaru.
A video on how you got that super clean notched fitment of the wastegate pipe would be extremely helpful!
6:20 What I find best when drilling with holesaw blades on stainless is drilling in bursts. Rather than keep a constant speed, either slow or fast.
Looks like art...Wow
I love how you simplified it for us out here admiring from the outside. I definitely learned a few things that I'll never have the tools to apply haha. Keep it going bud, love the products.
Thanks man 🙌🏻 I’ll try to keep it going for ya
Preciate this video, but m gonna try this method next time. I see that I need a few more tools
Nice welds what settings are you using
Great video! I was wondering if someone's "backpurging" the inner side of gussets like that... I mean the gusset's backside.
I fitted BBW on the back purge hose and left it underneath once but haven't seen anyone doing the same fancy way :)
Same goes to the brackets.
You can yea
15 seconds of wasted argon for every tack... I'd love to be able to afford that much wasted gas
Well the liquid argon is only $350 so 🤷🏼♂️ in order for me to equate that into cylinders it is $1300
7:00.. you should try the Norton Red Heat flap disks...half the price and work very well.. I think you'd be surprised... I love em, I use them in a similar way...
Looks great...nice work
Will look into them
Great content, thanks.
The support for the wastegate branch, perhaps, could be left open at the lower point.. so it doesn’t collect junk behind it.
Not sure what junk would collect there but not a big deal
What gas flow on torch
just came across this video. what stood out was your excellent heat control and coloring. some of the shots I watched your hand movements with torch and filler rod. very interesting.
Glad you enjoyed it!
@@bnmperformancefab liked it so much I subscribed. just getting into stainless myself so a long learning curve.
Wowza. Great fitup and execution. Do you find yourself rotating your torch head a lot because you can, or does it mostly stay in the same place?
It depends, it does stay at a standard like 80-90 degree angle but really comes in handy in tight spots or positioner welding to give me room to put my head i between my arms
great video, thanks
Great work, are you using 321 SS for tube and flanges? Also where do you get the die grinding arbors and spiral bands and sizes please?
On this one no, however I do offer them in both 304 and 321
Nice work! I've got a few questions for you if you don't mind. What size cup do you run? What's the Argon flow rate and approximate tungsten stickout?
Sounds in the video like you're pumping a ton of CFH.
Typically run the furick cups or other brands cfh is generally whatever is recommended. For this type of stuff around 30-35. Stick out varies but generally around 1 inch or so
Fkn nice🔥
Thanks 🔥
very beautiful. what size of argon gas do you use?
Huh?
