+Alyssa Risley Thank you so much Alyssa! :D
:D
totally agree! This guy has a very deep voice. Extraordinary bass! I don't have to mention Mr. Hollens, always doing outlasting performances. I sing that song to put down my baby girl every day
+Alyssa Risley I like it very much, but for the full song and an other good cover, look for clamavi de profundis. :)
+Silas Piton you sir are the nerd father I aspire to be one day
no matter how much Peter I listen to I still find it an honor to have met him and how genuine he is with people fan or not. My daughter loves his music, and the fact I could tell him on Facebook and he remembered us when we messaged him a year later who we were made me a lifelong fan. She told me shes waiting for a Megalomania cover by him haha.
I made the mistake to wear headphones at the beginning with full volume - bassgasm
Voldy Modert Mistake?
Brown sound? 💩💩💩💩
Well you see everyone have their own sound sensitivity, normaly of you listen this song with same device and same volume but you hear it louder itu jeans you have better sensitivity
I made a similar but different mistake. Bose subwoofer connected to my computer. It sounded like a seismic event in my home office.
I did this too
Oh my God the Tim Foust's voice 😍😍❤❤
I'm gonna have a heart attack 🙊💕💞💗
The voices are amazing. So pure, so clean, that I feel mountains being moved.
Peter and Tim did great work with this song. Peter you are great singer. Tim is a great bass. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
the intro just EPIC. its like you were there in the "Misty Mountains" a very cold and dark place on earth.
That last note from tim!
Was bad
+Windsword35 LOL
Well, I understand what you mean, but COME ON IT WAS COOL
G1
Check out Home Frees Ring if Fire cover (the group Tim's in) He does an incredibly low nite at the end, and its an interesting take I Ring of Fire
I would imagine if a mighty oak tree could sing, it would sound something like Tim's voice
Like hearing an Ent sing?
ok, Ben Folds
"Oh, it's that way... oomba oomba"
A mother, her seventeen year old, and her six year old sons sat down to hear this song on TH-cam. At the last note, they all slowly rose to their ready feet, she, letting her tresses fall to the earth, and they, beards blowing in the wind, brandishing their swords and shields, bravely faced whatever 2024 would hold.
You always blow my expectations out of the water Peter 😍
+Brooke M Richards Thank you Brooke! :D
Tim really got into character...omg. I love this!!
This. This is what I had in mind reading the lyrics in the book. Absolutely spectacular. It really feels like you're there, going/being on an adventure with them. I also like how simple the scenery is. Just nature, mountains...and that's really all you need. This has the soul in it, the soul of the mountain. The dwarfs would be proud to hear Tim and Peter sing together.
Tim's eyes are staring into my soul.
I love that resonance at the end that makes the camera shake.
This gave me shivers.... Beautiful duet, guys. Absolutely beautiful!
I ran into this years back and just today, watching some reaction video they commented how "it's so difficult to make the low notes sound good even in the studio unless you have the voice for it" and it reminded me of this song so here I am again
I had to watch this over and over again! Tim and Peter harmonize so perfectly it was stunning to hear. I found a song I would love you to do A Capella In Christ Alone I heard it in church yesterday and I instantly thought of you singing this beautiful song.
My grandparenting work is done. Put this on, on my tablet, and without being able to see him, my 5 year old granddaughter asked if that was Tim. Result!
With the first note sung, goosebumps all over! Wauw!
Tim is absolutely the BEST bass I've ever heard!!! I could listen to this song over and over... LOVE IT 💕
OHHHHH...my gosh. This song...the bass is amazing. fantastic job you two!
This song literally has so much bass in it it made my subwoofer vibrate off my desk. Holy crap
This is still one of the absolut best versions of this song to date 🥰❤️😍
Love this version but Geoff Castellucci's version is the bomb. Geoff's range is just sick and his G1 low notes are pure and unbelievable.
I can't get over how the camera shakes on the last note b/c the note Tim hits is so low. I love it!!
I want Geoff, Avi, and Tim to do this together!
Don't forget about bobby bass
And Eric Hollaway.
