1900 ~ antique, ☹️ - you didn’t demonstrate using it
That was not a great paint job. No primer, no sanding after primer. No 2 coats. Still there were places without paint
Also the scale face still had dents and it was not very polished
If you are doing this a try or as a hobby, it is ok. But there is place for improvement
