There is a distinct lack of Avril.
I know right i hope the pretty kitty is doing well
😸 that help?
Him: Look at this beautiful antique.
Rest of us: Show us the cat! Show us the cat!
The slicer worked very well, apparently.......

Beautiful restoration, was waiting for Avril to inspect, send a kiss to her 🐱💕
I love how they gave these old mechanisms some style. They were not only functional they looked good too
Always a pleasure to see a new video.
What I love more and more about watching this channel is that every now and again ye swap positions so both Father and Son have a go at doing more! Love it!
The cast legs on that slicer are really well designed, compared to today's junk.
That was sooo professional!! It looks brand new. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, you are a genius at restoration!! ♥️🙏🏼♥️

thank you for adding all the tedium! very satisfying to watch the hard screws hehe
Good to see you guys back again. Another great restoration..BTW where was Avril in this video..
So many pieces! It is quite a feat to know how they go back together. This is my favorite channel.
Here in Texas we have a product called "Liquid Wrench". It works to loosen screws, bolts, etc. You might try it if you can find it or order online.
It might help on some of these stubborn screws, just a suggestion.
Love watching you restore these ingenious mechanisms.
"Here in Texas" 😅 Not just North America, only Texas 😅
There in Texas they got a drink they call "water." If you're ever in Texas maybe they'll let you try some.
super! new life for the very powerful kitchen implement!
thanks for the show.
The drizzling rain is the perfect brackground music!
I was going to say the same thing!
NIIIIIIIIIICE.
An appliance like that is a keeper.
Hello this a fabulous video I enjoyed from start to finish. I was amazed at how much old grease there was on the meat cutter you did an amazing job restoring themeat cutter and making pieces that needed making. I was pleased seeing you cutting meat on it whdn you had finished.
Absolutely amongst your best preservations sir, beautiful. Another one saved! Cheers!
Those black screws in the white enamel plate just look phenomenal!
Maybe an impact driver for some of those screws?
This is a very difficult job, the master is well done, greetings from Tolyatti!
Marvelous restoration job you did on the meat slicer. It looks much better and it works like a charm too. Excellent work.
Beautiful restoration
LADB it's good to see you back in the Lab again.. I was thinking of you a couple weeks ago.. Very nice work as always...Hope all is well with you and your family in your little corner of the world.. Well you take care my friend and God Bless...
I am guessing with all of your experience that you just know which parts you can ‘make’ because watching you just makes me wonder how you know what to do!! Fascinating!!
This has been my favorite video I have so far seen on this channel!!!
Try oven cleaner on tough old grease and oil. I use it on nasty oil caked engine blocks and cylinder heads. Great job on your restoration!!!
Dope AF results, LADB Restoration!
Enfin de retour! Et quel retour magnifique ! Bravo👌
Nice work, great outcome.
Excellent work. Beautiful restoration.
You guys do such excellent work. Thanks.
It's a beautiful slicer! Great restoration!
amazing restoration
Hello LABD beautiful restoration beautifully restored good job well done
Lovely work
Lovely work and superb video. The wooden handle would have been a great candidate for resin stabilization🤩
Beautiful job on an antique machine that will last forever, it's just unfortunate that not many of us can afford huge chunks of meat to slice now-a-days . Nice show=piece never the less.
Im really glad youre updating semi regularly again.
Beautiful work as always! Where's Avril?
Oh this tool is beautiful
Bonjour ! Super travail !
Amazing job my friend congratulations 👏👏👏
Nice restoration on that meat slicer, it is a nice one.
Hey, neat! It's a meat jointer!
Great job!! Wishing y’all and Avril well!!
Once again, another gem!
Grosse machine 👌🏼trop propre chef
Excellent work! That would have been a bit dangerous for Avril. 🙂
5:18 Wait did he just port and polish this thing? I think my local butcher could use one of these!!! Get those orders done ASAP!!
These devices really are a work of art. 🙂
Í've got the same slicer!!!
Use it every Day!!!
New video!!! My day is complete!
Beautiful!
21:18 - Slap that together with some dill mustard and smoked provalone between two slices of pumpernickel and you'll have one hell of a sandwich! 😋
You should invest in a snap on impact driver. Impact screw driver. They work great for those flat head screws.
this videos are so beautiful
No electricity? No Problems! ❤
Really cool. I was hoping to see a little more effort put in with restoring the blade's edge and exposed surface though.
nice efficient restoration of an antique tradesman's tool! I wonder what year it was manufactured?
I didn’t see a test for Lead Paint !!!!!
I am kind of surprised that you don't use hollow ground screw drivers instead of the normal V ground ones. They help prevent the screw driver from popping out when turning since their sides are straight up and down
Where is Avril?
Avril is daed
😢😢😢😢😢😢
How would you say the results of the cold enamel repair were? I'd love to know. And the rain and bird sounds were wonderful
J'aimerais savoir.
Très bien!
That is awesome! Probably a "finger remove 2000" in the wrong hands - but honestly looks pretty useful to have in the kitchen - at least I would use it =)
lovely!
Awesome.
I want a meat slicer shaped like the star ship Enterprise!
I was hoping for a blade polishing. Still nice though😊
Excelente
Nice!
Nice work. But, I think I would have polished the blade.
Have you ever tried an impact driver for those stubborn screws?
Very cool to have a manually powered version of this. Feel like that blade could have had a bit more done for it tho.
Good to see you guys back. Where is avril btw?
Your tool box needs an impact screwdriver so you can loosen screws without the side effects of heat.
I think you should paint/ put a substance on every metal before paint it with red.
Did you ever check if the old paint was lead based?
Lovely, as always. I'd like to see more about the enameling/re-enameling process if you have time to do so. Thanks!
Those last couple screws surrendered after seeing what you did to the others.
Klasse 👍👍👍
Bravo 👏 👏 👏
Ou est Avril? Le Chatspecteur
Good Work my french Man.
Gotta be the most amount of times ive seen the torch come out.
Magic
Mega Clever 😀
Oikein hieno tuli 😊
Odnowienie maszyny jest super OK . Ale mi narobiłeś apetytu . Idę robić kolację😋
