    Did you get as sweaty as us? Make sure to stay well hydrated, especially when it's super humid 💦.
    Drink 1/2 your bodyweight in ounces each day (more when you have a sweat fest). Please give this video some 👍 and comment below ⬇❤

    My husband and I just did this at the gym by ourselves in the workout room with my tablet. We were soaked afterwards. Definitely a great workout.

      Thanks Jennifer! The Soulfusion format was actually given to me from the kindness of Michele Park who used to do all the choreography for PiYO. She's so amazing...I learned a lot from her and many other experts that I had the privilege of learning from. 🥰🙏💯

      You're so welcome! It's a lot like PiYO. We usually do a burst of cardio but I took it out. At my Onpodio site we added 2 cardio tracks.

    I'm working through an injury and was surprised how good a work out this is. I'm used to doing your Hitt and Body Strength workouts (which I love ) but I guess it's time to add Soul Fusion into the mix.
