      Glad you liked it!! They always say no one will know but when it's a recorded workout, people go back and take note to so much. I remember when I was at my mom's filming, people noticed that I moved the trolls behind me.😉

    That was great AND it was so funny because when I was hearing that Adam Lavine song at the end, I was thinking....this is not the best version and then you said something about how your son could sing it better. LOL! We were on the same wavelength. LOL!!

    The best thing this morning as I change up my workout timings and ans kick it up and notch and lose the 6-8 last pounds before my 50th this thanksgiving. Anything more will be bonus and I’ll continue to thank you as I have for the 15 that are gone ❤️❤️❤️. #gratitude ❤️
