      Just so you know, this is SOULfusion. PiYO doesn't use any added weights, so it's just a body weight workout. SOULfusion is a NEW format from the format expert of PiYO so it's pretty much the same thing but a little different. Happy you loved it!     My LORD....! I LOVE FLOW, and this flow was espectacular. How can something hurt so bad but make you feel so good, so peaceful and light. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH

    This was quite fun even though painful in parts. And I fell over a lot trying to do that hugging thing and the clock thing but I liked it and got there in the end.

    I have never heard of Soul Fusion before but I really enjoyed this workout. I like the addition of light weights. Thanks for incorporating this into your repertoire. I look forward to more workouts like this!

    Loved this one - I love PIYO but sometimes the full length routines get tedious so I like the shorter versions too with strength mixed in. This was great, thank you!!!

      We only used 3lb dumbbells so maybe you could use cans of veggies/soup or bottles of water as alternatives? I'm sure Michelle has some other ideas as well!

      Agree with Anna that you can use water bottles or canned item. This can totally be done with OUT weights and you'll still feel it.
