Hope you guys enjoy this less intense PiYO, or you can use it as a recovery day workout to just feel good. Like I said in the video the yoga flow section is a little slower than we typically do, but this gives you the opportunity to breath deep and stretch. We all felt great after this one.🥰
Thanks for the slower paced 32/16 counts. I have never tried this particular format, but I think I love it. Gives me some new movement patterns to add to both my yoga and strength training classes. I really like your instruction for not only my personal workouts, but my classes as well. Keep it up, I will be hanging around.
I was so happy this workout came upon my feed the other day because i usually skip the piyo workouts because they are a little out of my league. This was wonderful! I will try and do this at least twice a month to get really good atbit before i try another piyo. Thank you❤❤❤!!!!!
THAT was a great class. I've taken scads of on-line workouts. This intro session was well crafted and WELCOMING to Piyo beginners like me. I'll be back for more. THANKS Michelle!!
That was great to hear. I do have a new beginner PiYO series releasing soon. It's at a little slower pace and we progress with each workout. Make sure to keep an eye out for it.
Whew! If that was a beginner's class, this 58-year old has her work cut out for her. I really enjoyed this class though. Lots of variety and the time flew! Can't wait for more!!
Thank you for this beginner PiYO WORKOUT today. Now I have a better understanding of PiYO . Great instructions, great teacher!!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Love to see more beginners workouts 👍❤️
Thank you Michelle! Great workout today. I am an advanced beginner at Piyo. This was a great way to re-connect with the moves and to move at a slower pace...Heart rate was up and I got a good sweat as well. Thank you.
Thank you for this beginner Piyo. I did this workout on a rest day when I was tired and needed a slower workout day. Sometimes slower is harder especially with balance. I definitely enjoyed this video!
Just found you this morning, Michelle. After teaching for 15 years in my "stay at home mom" days I find I am super picky about instructors so I greatly appreciated the 32 ct blocking and preview segments. You've gained a new and faithful follower!! x!
Awesome!! So happy you found me. I've been doing this for 20+ years and that 32 count is just a part of me. Always welcome to share what you like and want more of.👍😉❤️
FYI try the SoulFusion too. It's a spin off of PiYO but with added weights for a little more challenge. Happy your loving the PiYO. It really is a great at home workout...or just great no matter where your at.💯🧡
Hi, Michelle. I just discovered your channel. It’s great but I have a question, what are my options since I suffer from carpal tunnel? There’s a lot of stuff my hand doesn’t help me to do. Do you have any advise for that? Thank you!
Took the summer off of PiYo to travel and heal some nagging injuries. Good to be back working out with you! Thanks for an easy workout so I could ease back into PiYo and see how my body is doing after my "summer schedule." Time to get back to work! Aloha!
Great workout! Truly all over the whole body! I would appreciate clearer instructions as it is impossible for a total beginner like me to hang with withouth constantly wranging my neck to watch the screen! Especially instructions as to which leg (left/right)- somehow I manage to mess upp with this and end up on the same leg…
It's a mix of PiYO, Soulfusion and Epidemicsound. Sorry no playlist that's available to public. I can share a few songs. Pushing On, Ain't Your Mama, This is What You Came For, Me Too, Back To Me, Lost Boy, Love the Night, Shine On Me
Thank you for putting together a slower paced yet dynamite work out I’ve been following you for about a year and high intensity every day just does not work
I did Piyo for the first time.Next day I had so much pain specially in my side hips .İs this normal or did I do some of the movements wrong ? Just want to know what is normal to feel after doing piyo
As a person who has little space in their room it is very misleading that she is using a yoga mat in one direction and then half of these movements don't even incorporate the yoga mat. What's the point of the mat
This was NOT a beginners workout. Beginners should be for someone who is beginning a workout program and does not know the moves. TOO MANY MOVES at fast pace...I ended up just squatting for most of it. I agree with other comments that this is more intermediate advance. Please when labeling workouts keep your audience in mind.
Hey Crystal, anytime you do a new workout, especially one that has choreography, it can totally be a train wreck. PiYO has a lot a repetition so once you know the moves you can get more into it. I called the beginner PiYO as it has basic moves that are Yoga inspired, and I slowed down the yoga flow section. I strive to give clear and detailed cues and always let you know what's coming. If these moves are new to you it takes a good 5-10 times to get comfortable. Hope that was helpful.
I do have a slow flow start at 12:49 :th-cam.com/video/vjq2VCCQtm4/w-d-xo.html Just a tip, we usually do 4 moves, repeat, and break them down. If your first time, remember the moves are NEW to you and it does take a few times to get them. Hope that was helpful.😉👍

You're a great teacher Michelle. I laugh because your slow is my fast and your beginner is my Intermediate plus. HaHa well done!
Your funny Kelli. Keep at it and we will be at the same pace soon.❤❤
So true. I run the workouts on .75 speed to catch up. Really love all of Michelle's workouts

You're so welcome! Noted to add more beginner workouts. Thanks
@@MichelleBriehler I second this. I feel that your workouts complement my horseback riding. Thanks
Thank you Michelle! Great workout today. I am an advanced beginner at Piyo. This was a great way to re-connect with the moves and to move at a slower pace...Heart rate was up and I got a good sweat as well. Thank you.
Glade to hear you enjoyed reconnecting with the moves with a slower tempo. Helps with our mind connecting to out posture more too. 🧡👍
Thank you for this beginner Piyo. I did this workout on a rest day when I was tired and needed a slower workout day. Sometimes slower is harder especially with balance. I definitely enjoyed this video!
Wonderful!

This workout is incredible. I am new to PiYo and simply love it! I’ll probably do it again tomorrow :)
FYI try the SoulFusion too. It's a spin off of PiYO but with added weights for a little more challenge. Happy your loving the PiYO. It really is a great at home workout...or just great no matter where your at.💯🧡
This was great. I’m relatively new to piyo so it was very helpful to have it slowed done with some explanation.
So glade you did this! Now your set to move into MORE!
It’s good, will follow yr workout during weekend, as not much time on my lunch break
I'm glade you took a look at it and now have your workout plans for the weekend!💯
Excellent workout. Really challenged my balance.
Yes, some of the piyo workouts have a lot of balance challenges. YEAH for you!
thanks a lot
Thank you for this PIYO workout it was great being with you guys.
We love having you workout with us Nida!🥰
Can't wait
I am new to piyo and out of shape. Only got through 42 minutes but my goal is to conquer and continue!
Welcome to PiYO! Check out some of the express classes that are around 30 minutes too.

Even at 'beginner' it's a solid workout
Yes it is!
Always great!
Thanks! Felt good to slow down the Flow section.

It was awesome! thank you
So happy you enjoyed it. This was on my to do list for a LONG time.

Noted! Thanks for you feedback greatly appreciated 👍🏼❤️
Uhmmm Lee Intense Beginners???? Wow 😀 Loved It!
If PiYO is new to you it take at least 10X to really master the moves. I'm so glade you did it and loved it.🤩
Thanks, Michelle. Great class! It’s been awhile since I’ve done PIYO and this was a hard work out for me. I’ll stay beginner for awhile lol
Practice, practice! Does take time to nail the moves.
Thanks
Michelle! Would you happen to know what playlist this is? Or do you have it on Spotify perhaps?!

Agree that HIIT doesn't work...as we age we need to do a little less of that and a little more GIVE BACK workouts like PiYO, Pilates, Barre, Yoga❤
I heard about you on the Terri Cole posdcast. I've been looking for a new workout and this looks perfect :)
Awesome! So happy you found me through Terri! I have a lot of variety so you never get bored! We have fun and work hard!🥰💯
Beginning??? I have been doing piyo for 3 yrs MWF at the rec and this was still hard for me! But I am 67-does that count? Thank you. Good workout.
You did amazing! Does your instructor teach like me? Just curious.
Yes a lot the same routines! I love it. It has done more for my body than anything I have tried.
I have done Piyo countless times. I have to say, I really liked this, but there is no way I would call this a beginner workout.
I did Piyo for the first time.Next day I had so much pain specially in my side hips .İs this normal or did I do some of the movements wrong ? Just want to know what is normal to feel after doing piyo
Maybe you have some delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), from using parts of your body that hadn't been activated in a while. How is it feeling now?
As a person who has little space in their room it is very misleading that she is using a yoga mat in one direction and then half of these movements don't even incorporate the yoga mat. What's the point of the mat
This workout looks great for professional athletes but impossible for the average person to do
🥰
💯💯
Straight off the bat, can't do squats. I legit just fall backward like an egg.
I like trains:/

too fast for beginners

This is beginner???? Bahahahaha!!!
