It’s a good mentality, but this isn’t about not being who you are, this is about doing what you were meant to do in life - not settling for what you have, but going after the things you do want to have, and this requires work and sacrifice.

If you are OUT OF SHAPE get into shape be it muscle or being lean. Lower your body fat. I'm naturally broad shouldered and put on muscle fast.
