At first glance, you might think that since the xenomorph relies on other organisms as hosts for survival, it cannot be considered perfect. However, that’s not really the case.
While humans may view this terrifying creature with fear and horror, through the lens of artificial intelligence like David and Ash, the xenomorph is absolutely perfect.
Android characters such as Ash and David regard the Xenomorph as the perfect organism. While humans may view this terrifying creature with fear and horror, through the lens of artificial intelligence like David and Ash, the xenomorph is absolutely perfect. There are actually six major reasons as to why androids and AI consider the Xenomorph to be the perfect life form, highlighting a distinct perspective that diverges significantly from human judgment. First of all it exhibits an Absence of Moral Constraints, acting without ethical consideration for pure survival. Its mysterious life cycle and unique biology fuel android’s Scientific Curiosity for both humans and androids. In addition, the Xenomorph Early embodies the corporate philosophy instilled in androids which is to expand and dominate at all cost. As an Instrument of Evolution or Change, it represents a leap in lifeform development. Lastly the androids' Disdain for Human Weakness reflects in their admiration for the Xenomorph's lack of human frailties.

Bro repeated the same thing throughout the whole video wtf

April fool?
Its written by AI
Omg yes thank you for saying it
I thought the same like 5 mins into the video glad I wasn’t the only one
No insult intended, but this episode sounds like it was written by AI. So many repetitions what was said earlier in the video
I came to the comment section to write exactly the same comment :) I'm a fan of the channel since 2019. Although it seem logical and better, the AI created script is actually not as good as your original work.
Nah, that's Kroft, lol
Yeah I’ve never heard the same thing said just slightly different so many times. It felt like we just needed 6 sentences and they just repeated slightly different
Yeah that’s cause he created AI
Sometimes when writing a persuasive and/or informative essay. It’s drilled in a student to repeat(preferably paraphrased) your “point” or any important information that you find key & want the audience/listener/student to take mental/literal note
. It’s often engraved mentally by the end from the repetition.
the xenomorph is imperfect, if there was some sort of final stage for its evolution that makes it no longer need hosts or some sort of switch
then it would be legit perfect cuz it can easily take over a world and then keep it
as it stands the xenomorphs kill themselves by eradicating everything they need
food and hosts
it is invasive and lacks a natural predator to keep it in check or an out once no more hosts are around
but thats just me
this does matter i feel because if we knew its homeworld ( if we consider it wasnt crafted) then we could see how it excells and against what
but since its made (as far as we know currently) its not even a perfect weapon
going back its too agressive cant be controlled
its the perfect monster though
Yeah, I've never understood why the scientists always say they're perfect. They just multiply & destroy.
Although as Ripley said, you don't see them fucking each other over for a percentage lol
I can understand where your coming from but if we take into account certain lore tidbits that once they remove all other competitors on a planet the entire species then goes into a state of hibernation supposedly without time limit with theories ranging from the hive material connecting the aliens and then the hive absorbing the ambient radiation to keep the hive alive eternally it is a very nihilistic perfection through death and silence. The Alien isnt striving to take over the world to have a society to itself it is simply trying to dominate it's enviroment perfectly to the point where nothing but them is left.
That is why the Engineers logically created an antidote to remove their imperfect brilliant failures first the black xenomorphs then the failure of the Predators. So they create new life with a need to destroy the failures and nothing else but be workers for the Engineers.

@@Sleptwiturgirl If only for a minute for instance michael fassbender may have a cameo as a hologram from a destroyed engineer vessel or they may briefly mention something about him but this movie is clearly a stand alone so the conclusion to david's story and the colony's fate is still unknown
Hopefully Romulus will do unbelievably good and it will give the studio confidence to keep going. Then if the film gods bless us, we will get the continuation of that storyline. Showing what David did after he put Daniels to sleep. That mixed with the Engineers backstory i.e. history, planet, origin, etc. Hopefully. Lol. Im dying for an Engineers storyline. It has so much potential. If done right.
@@guaguancos.montunodcubop8923Whats interesting about the engineer's is there seems to be different types of species of them the strongest being the warrior class which can be seen at the end of Prometheus also it would be interesting to see what happens to that alien warrior engineer hybrid.
By hunting humans, xenomorph’s 2 critical weaknesses are exposed:
(1) their dependence on the hive
(2) their inability to strap themselves in when an airlock is blown open
Looking forward to Alien: Romulus? I'm optomistic

Welcome back Kroft!!
Kroft as elusive as the xenomorph
"Kroft talks" and I watch and listen! Love you kroft and as usual appreciate your work and craft with the videos! 🙌
Prometheus still my favorite film in the series.
Especially after all the left out information Kroft has discussed in his videos!
Not my favorite, but I was one of the few who didn't hate it when it was released. Kroft just made me appreciate it all the more with his relentless search for information. 🫀
Totally agree. Ridley Scott went a new direction and it works. Great story about David and Covenant was good too. Hopefully we'll get a conclusion.
Ridley was pulled by two sides on Covenant. Now, we don't get a third. Should have stuck with the original idea. Fuck what sheeple say and make what you wanted at first.
Aliens is my favorite of the originals, but Prometheus is a very close second. Wish they had continued down that route.
I would love a video about different androids of the Saga. They've always been an interesting point of the universe, at least to me. We've talked about David a lot due it's central role in the prequels, but other minor synthetics have also caught my attention, especially Elden from the Dark Horse comics and Katya from AvP 2010 videogame.
I have always wondered how a Xenomorph smells.
Wet rubber.
Pretty bad, probably. They likely don't wash very often.
Interesting question. I imagine a harsh chemical smell. There's a description of a hive's smell in a comic, but it doesn't tell you much about the creatures, just that resin/secretions they use on their victims. So I'm probably wrong and there's no chemical smell. Chances are they're like all creatures with little or no hair/fur, they don't have a noticeable smell. But they do drool a lot, so you might pick up on that if you're close enough. And according to the description of the hive, it would be exactly as you'd expect, just an unpleasant smell of bodily fluids. So they are more like humans than animals in that way. Hold on, I just remembered humans have a strong smell if they don't wash often. So... They're more like humans that don't sweat, or reptiles. Snakes have no obvious smell, they could crawl on your face and you wouldn't pick up anything. So yeah, these things are probably like snakes with human secretions. Rather fitting if you think about it.
@@seashelly6387 just remember that the xenomorphs are the closest things to living inorganic machines.
Awful 😂
Kroft's here!
Its perfect because it persists. The whole design of the xenomorph over what the engineers originally had was designed so that the alien would persist. When David used the engineers own weapons against them he found that it rapidly wiped out the engineers but by 11 years later (at most, as prometheus and covenant happen 11 years apart) most of the effects of the weapon had decayed away, enough to the level that the covenant crew were mostly able to move around without issue. Only 2 crew members got infected by chance. So David's perfect xenomorph was designed to have a life cycle that persists, that after it's killed everything, it would build nests and create eggs and those eggs would survive no matter what. In a vacuum or hostile environment the eggs will persist and when new hosts come along they will ensure those hosts survive (facehugger's role is to keep the host alive no matter what) and the process will start again. It's perfect because unlike nukes or the engineers weapons or anything else the xenomorph kills all life and then makes sure the planet stays dead, no chance for pretenders to the throne showing up centuries later to claim a planet, End life and make sure it stays dead. Thats the perfection.
This is the perfect explanation
In Kroft we trust

You are the reason Prometheus and covenant are getting so much recognition,
I think it's a simple as: xenomorphs would beat any other organism in a fight, unless that organism is called Ripley.
Yes, corporations are an early form of AI. They are governed by many algorithms - the Memorandum of Association, mission statements, corporate strategic plan, operating plan, marketing plan, agreements, by-laws, staff policies, etc. What we call "AI" is basically the mind of corporation distilled into an individual entity - a bit like The Mouth of Sauron.

Why is the Xenomorph the perfect organism?
Simple answer: Because it’s written that way in the script. The end.
Thanks for this explanation on why the Alien is perfect
I prefer the word optimum since perfect is rife with human errors.

I was so upset that they didn't carry on from Prometheus. It wasnt like the usual remakes. It was different. The expansion of the universe and introducing the Engineers. Not sure why they made Alien Covenant which was just the usual "Alien born and Alien tries to kill everyone" type of movie. I wanted to see a continuation of Elizabeth Shaw and Davids story like what we saw in "Alien: Covenant Prologue: The Crossing" youtube video.
Covenant was MUCH better than Prometheus. What was even the POINT of "The Deacon" at the end?? Why make an Alien movie Without Xenomorphs?? Expanding on the universe is Fine, but lets not forget the STAR of the show here.
The perfect organism. Its structural perfection is matched only by its hostility. I admire its purity. A survivor... unclouded by conscience, remorse, or delusions of morality.
I think perfection is more in what traits the creator was trying to instill in what they created. Perfection is pretty subjective.
Also aren’t the xenomorphs basically programmed for extinction ? Whatever planet they end up on. They inseminate and kill off all life that allows them to reproduce. Then they just when there’s nothing left to allow them to reproduce. They just die off ?
Perfection is unreal and incomprehensible
Nothing perfect exist bacause there will be always ways to perfect it even more so perfection isnt subjective
Someone give this guy dramatic and poetic speech award, looks like he is after one....
Finally Kroft ist Back!
Thanks Kroft, a great insight & good to see you back !
Another Kroft video!
It would be the perfect organism if it didn't require a 3rd party for reproduction and it was smart enough to build starships and colonize planets. The bugs from starship troopers would be considered more perfect. They spread their seeds through the stars without a 3rd party, and they reproduce without a 3rd party. The bugs dominate every planet they touch.
I think you’re missing the point dude, the bugs from starship troopers are far from perfect
In the alien universe they are thought of at “perfect”
I just thought that it was perfect because if there is loads of them, then they kind of act like an ant colony and work together.
They can breathe in space without a suit so they can clearly survive certain extreme conditions.
They are also smart. Like using the vents to sneak around and kill their prey and in the 4th movie where they use their blood to escape the cell
Why did they abandon the promtheus saga? I want to know about the mystery with the engineers!!
Critical and commercial failure, that's why.

The Xenomorph second jaw keeps the species safe from their own facehuggers. But one must wonder, what would we get if a Facehugger planted a Xenomorph egg inside of another Xenomorph?
Wild beasts act by their instincts, thus a xeno has no moral system, just as little as a machine can be psycopath, it can only remind us of one. Still, glad to see new vids form you.

@K_G_1996 it literally serves the same purpose, it might as well be a xenomorph just a little more organic looking.
@@ShadyShadow14 true, just saying
As per Alien Romulus and to my understanding.
They are the PERFECT organisms because Xenomorph do not need Air, food to survive. They can essentially live FOREVER without any food source or nutrition.
The reason the Ai wants them is to create the ULTIMATE HUMAN that can live forever and be able to travel through space as the ultimate colonizer. This is why the Ai in romulus wanted to transfer the Prometheus fire/ the black dna sample to start human trials.
The Aliens franchise is a love story between Androids and Aliens because they get each other.
Finally.....KROFTTTTTTTTT!!!!!🙏
The dog in Alien 3 was the best of them
Another amazing alien, Prometheus video ❤
I agree with everything said. I just have 1 question. If the Xenomorphs were so perfect, I think they are too primitive to do space travel. So...how does that work?
You should change the text in the title to "Why is it perfect?".
"It's structural perfection is only matched by its hostility".. its hard to imagine a more terrifying situation then to be trapped in deep space on a space ship with one of these😬
One of my fan wishes is to have a face hugger latch on a person who has a Symbiot in them. I wonder what would happen
The Thing is better than Xenomorphs...not by much, but it is better.
Despite their savage reputation, I’d rather cheer on a Xenomorph in a fight compared to another creature that requires a host to recreate itself…a tarantula wasp!!
Neither Bishop or Call seemed to consider the xenos to be a perfect organism. Even Walter considered what David was doing to be dubious at best. Ash and David were both dysfunctional.
I adore the Alien Xenomorph. What an absolutely gorgeous creature.
Those are the best 6 reasons that are the same one I've ever seen in my life
Makes me wonder if there are sociopaths among the humans, especially from Weyland, who share the same admiration for the savage, amoral species.
I think that the Xenomorph has been perfectly ruined by poor narrative choices and a stupidly retconned backstory, making humans their indirect creators.
Same. I like the first 2 alien movies. After that they are just silly fun.
Good to see you
Basically the don't create unnecessary suffering, like humans.
that background music is what's perfect. it was in yhe original ALIEN film. Ridley is a genius man
Excellent analysis of the Alien!
The perfect organism eh?
(Cell walks in)
All I know is that the original Alien design featured in the 79 film is still the definitive version of any of the other xeno designs. Giger's bio-mechanical nightmare creature creation.
Imagine imperfect organisms judging perfection
A xenomorph is basically an animal, so I don't understand the part about ethics and morality when a Lion doesn't feel anything when it kills the offspring of other lions
The xenomorph is as much a perfect organism as the honey badger is. The same traits given to the xenomorph by androids could be said about honey badgers: no moral constraints, a drive to survive in a hostile environment. etc. etc. But honey badgers are much cuter and have nice little pups instead of evil-looking facehuggers. So honey badgers are way more perfect than xenomorphs.

Shadow the hedgehog: am I a joke to you
Morality is better if the lack of it is all David and Ash admired, then any predator-type animals should do.
hi bro, you came back, welcome again.
It's a really interesting story line with so many possibilities I'm kinda hoping that eventually the story will prob deeper into the zenomorphs ability to retain host memories a hive mind of vast information then you could have the potential for a fifth character species so advanced that humans aliens predators and engineers are unaware they are small cogs in something much larger
iNteresting idea.
Xenomorphs I think are perfect at the base animal level. That hind mind level psychic power stuff is a little too much for my likings when it comes to a fictional natural predator species.
I like to leave that to THE FLOOD like from halo or something. That seems more hive mind thought and intelligence collective from hosts. Cause it’s like a virus infection parasite that completely takes over. The xenomorphs use humans symbiotically just to hatch and base genetic traits. It is trippy how all species have instincts that are insanely intricate. Passed seemingly through their genes. It’s so interesting.
For all the Xenomorphs perfection, they always lose at the end of each film at the hands of humans - we might not be perfect, but surely we are the more lethal species?
Thought I'd put it out there...
I call bs on that 'no morality = perfection".
First, morals, in their broader sense, are an adaptation of cooperative social living beings. It's not a defect, but a plus: it helps survival. Humaninty would be nothing without cooperation, and morals are required to have that.
And second, xenomorphs are also cooperative social living beings. They don't attack themselves and they are willing to give their lives for the colony.
Always listen to Kroft in 1.25 x speed for a normal speed
Or don't.
Because even an android admires it's purity
Yeah but its not making conscious , calculated, intelligent decisions, its out of pure instinct.
I don't like the direction David was taken in regards to shaw...their connection was half the interest I had in the story...well,Alien covenant is a dumpster fire anyway,but...
