Thank-you. Thank-you. I'm no mechanic and I just bought an 07 E93. That's a bad combination!! My pump was leaking and I followed your video. IT WORKED!! I probably would not have tried it on my own had it not been for this video. Thanks man. I appreciate it!!

I don't even have an E90 but your video was so thorough and well done I watched it all.

You are very articulate and thorough in your DIY but I was getting a little nervous with how rough you were being with some of the parts! Great job and something I will be tackling shortly.

Thanks for the video! I used this to help replace the pump on my E92 and it worked great. One difference from the video was the absence of the plastic rivets on the inner wheel well liner - the outside edge just tucked inside the fender all the way around and there were only 8mm screws and one 10mm nut to take off. Definitely made removing that panel easier. Thanks again!

Best video on here. Watched a few times and had a go on my BMW 2 series sport coupe I was unable to fully remove liner and the feed needed to be disconnected from the hood. Took me a couple hours and it is working like new. Thanks for in depth video. Saved me a couple of hundred quid. 😊

Fantastically thorough! I have a 2 series so I imagine my replacement will be somewhat different. I wouldn't have thought to buy the gromet or the plastic push pins so this was a great primer. Thanks for taking the time!

Very well done video. You must be a teacher!. I did mine today. I just cleaned the black gunk in the filter/screen and it seems to be working fine now. I did not run the pump dry very much so I am gambling it will be OK. Never had to do this before in 40 years driving.

Hello Andrew, Glad you found my video helpful! I have been working on BMW's for over 13 years and have seen some strange problems. The pumps are pretty strong so it should be fine. Try to keep a strong conentration of washer fluid. That usually helps keep the algae from growing.

Thanks for the DIY. I Was going to just clean mine but ordered a new pump, your argument was compelling. Thanks again from Wales. U.K.

The most forward spot (empty in your case) houses the headlight washer pump, the empty spot behind the pump for the windshield would be for the rear windshield on the E91.

Thank you Thomas for the additional information. I am sure it will be helpful for people with the E91.

Thanks for doing this video! I've got an issue with the front washers on my F30, and I'm guessing it's a clogged pump. I'll be giving this a try here this week.

The E90 is a little bit different, there is a quick connector out of the pump. It was loose, I just plug it again and it worked fine. Thanks for showing how to remove the trim panel.
