    Only 8 minutes, but boy, they are 8 very intense minutes. Great finisher!

    You want to feel great, you just need 10 minutes with Heather! Sweating at the end but workout done and feeling FABULOUS!

    I love these quick ones!! Sometimes they’re all I have time for before I go to work and I love that they get me into a good sweat so quickly.

    Best Cardio quickie so far! The No Repeats style for this one helped me power through each exercise so much more than the others! Thank you, Heather!! Maybe one day we can have one of these with a "No Jumping" style too:-))

    Wow dying, barely could do the cooldown with you I was kneeled over just trying to get my breathe back. So excited for more of these quick bursts in November. Thanks for all your doing heather, so close to 2 million!!

    I looooove this quick workout! I sometimes I can't make it through longer HIIT workouts, but this 10 min brutal workout got my heart pumping and wanting more! Looking forward to more versions of these!!!

    This was a great finisher. I did a 20 minute incline run first then your 10 min lower abs workout. Thx Heather.

    Thr mini cardio finishers are the perfect pair to your current workout series. I add them in at the end of upper body days!

    Would love more core strength workouts focusing on a particular muscle. Can we have an abs workout with weights?
    Perhaps an all standing workout which would be friendly for those wrists!

    Nice! Usually do 20 minutes rowing or airdyne following my upper body workout...usually at a moderate/easy pace. Did this instead after the weights...perfect end with a good sweat!
