+lorddjemso ...... I agree. On a few "counter-surveillance" assignments, I was able to quickly discover a threat... by his shoes. This industrial spy had changed his outfit multiple times, but wore the same shoes, thus making him clearly identifiable. For me, I usually have a 3 - 4 pairs of shoes to change into. (Vans slip-ons are a very resourceful choice.) I also like to bring sandals, and/or tennis shoes. Finally, you should always have a nice pair of dress shoes handy. If you are following someone into a nice restaurant or club... these just might be the deal breaker on whether or not you too can access the establishment. On the flip side... if you spot a person wearing tennis shoes at a nice restaurant, and these are the same shoes you spotted earlier from some guy wearing them at the beach (on the sand)... then you should immediately sense a red flag / warning.
I've noticed its best to allow the person to pass you, if you pull into a gas station pick a spot right near an entrance if you walk in a store stay close to the entrance
Use reflections of windows and etc to your advantage as well to observe their behavior. Are they focused on you? Do they look away when you change your walking direction? I always perform little controlled tests that are not obvious. Maybe stall a little bit in one area. If they are following close, put a pen or phone in your hand at your side and tap it around back an forth. It's in human nature to be cautious of these types of movements when following someone. It shows that the person being perused is on high alert causing the follower to distance themselves more. Don't take my word for it. I know it sounds stupid. Doesn't hurt to try it.
I was followed by one guy when I was in high school once when I was walking my dog. I thought nothing of it first till I kept walking so I stopped and turned around and I found him on his bike sitting 5 maybe 10 feet away from me then I continued to walk then I stopped again and when I stopped he stopped. So I don't know if I did the right thing back then but what I did was I called my mom from my cell phone and I told her that someone was following me and asked if she could come get me and my dog and she said to stay there and she would be there as fast as she can. So when I got off the phone with my mom and by the time she showed up to get me and my dog he was gone.
On the note of busting would it be a bad idea to ask them a question? Like ask them for directions for a place you don't plan on going so they know that you've seen them and will know if they keep showing up where you are?
+Kingie111 ... good question. I hate to be vague, but in my opinion, it really does depend on the situation and realistically is a "case-by-case-basis" on whether or not to ask them. Personally, I'd prefer not to ask a direct question / make contact with them... because I'd really like to learn everything about that individual first, prior to making any contact. However, if you are afraid for your safety... you might want to give them a little disinformation, such as speaking loudly on your cell phone that you'll be alone at a certain place at a certain time later on. (This only works if you physically lose them, and/or they don't have a GPS tracker on your vehicle, or somewhere in your backpack, clothing, briefcase, etc.) By the way, if you think you are being followed, and a "family member (usually a spouse) phones you to ask your current or future location... then THEY are "probably" the one who hired the PI.
+Kingie111 ... A personal example from a few weeks ago, is that I spotted an unfamiliar vehicle pull up and parked behind one of my personal vehicles on the street in front of my house. The driver sat in the car for a minute looking directly at my house. He went to the back of his car and retrieved a small step ladder, and made a B-LINE for my house. All of a sudden he pulled a professional DSLR camera from behind his back and started taking pics of my house (while walking towards it nonchalantly.) Instead of rushing out of my house and taking him on RAMBO-style, I immediately got my NIKON P900 camera and used its zoom to take a few pics of his license plate. While I was doing that, the man climbed up his ladder, and started fiddling with the eves of my house... acting like he was a contractor checking it out. I immediately put my camera down (and strapped up) to physically confront him. As I was doing so... he climbed down from his ladder and went back to his car, and drove away. I spent the next 4 hours passionately researching who he could be (since the license plate was registered to a female.) After 4 hours I learned a lot about him and his family, and eventually that his wife just started as an insurance agent. I then phoned my wife who stated that he now have a new home insurance policy and that an agent would be visiting the house "today or tomorrow" to take a few pics and check it out. LONG STORY SHORT, if I just asked who he was from the beginning, then confirmed with my wife. I would have saved myself a stressful 4 hours of researching him, looking for hidden cameras under the eves of my house, as well as thoroughly checking all of my vehicles for GPS tracking devices and magnets. (Again, to answer your question... it is on a case-by-case basis.)
Kingie111 -the rule of thumb is this. You make three right turns in succession (several blocks apart) you’ll know you are being followed. Consequently he know he’s been made. Don’t approach, you’ll look stupid. He’ll break it off.
T.L Just one question not to be funny or rude. Why do you have a blur on your face when I can easily spot you if I saw you? I can see your face features clear unlike other blurs so why use one at all?
Blurred because we are still in the security and investigations business. Additionally, we have been in this business for A VERY LONG time and rarely look the same from one month to the next.
I opened my door this morning and found a white van sitting across the street at my apartment. I was going to take their license number down but they took off before I could get out the front door.
James Mccluskey I called police today, I am under surveillance for a court case. i called police, they came out spoke to them and said no I wasn't. would police lie to me when they know its true
A majority of this is pretty good information but i kind of thought it was universal that you dont want to CATCH the person tailing you thats literally asking for trouble
Do like Bobby Hill from King of the Hill. Scream let go of my purse and kick them in the crotch... If you're a guy not carrying a purse even better it may confuse them enough for a clear nut shot.
We feel we are followed by a group of people. The neighbour, colleagues, someone unknown, what has happened? We don't understand why? Because we are immigrants?
Hahahahahahha I love how he's blurred his fucking face out. Jesus fuck what a queer. This reminds me off all those "seals" who took and oath of secrecy then go right books and sign movie deals
Hahaha... by looking at your videos, the only muscles you have are the ones using to spew shit out of your mouth, and straight onto your keyboard. "Jesus fuck what a queer." You have a couple vids with an XD40 and think you can talk shit about SEALs. Hahahahahahaha!!! (That's the funniest shit I've read online all year.) Go spend some money on a gym membership, grow muscles bigger than that of a 13 year old girl, buy some real big boy guns, and learn how to shoot without consistently "shaking" in your panties. And when someone calls you out on the "shaking"... don't blame the "shaking" on the video when its evident that YOU are the only thing shaking. Finally, some friendly advice... you honestly need to consider taking a remedial English and grammar course. (Have someone with an education above the 5th grade read your above sentence to point out all of your mistakes.)
I believe I was followed tonight via car. Went with instinct, and did the turn left four times thing. Called 911 when I knew something was way off. drove to the police station while calling the police, and they didn't follow into the parking lot. Turned around and got their plate number. However, I didn't have enough details about the car they were driving, and the cops said there wasn't anything they could do to help me. Now I'm kinda scared to sleep without a weapon next to me,
+Joseph Gregor... I'm glad you're safe. You did the right thing. Usually, the police will be able to catch up to you before you get to the station, however sometimes they don't. There are a number of possible explanations... it could be a P.I. hired to follow you, it could be someone you inadvertently pissed off while driving. Possibly even a stalker, or jealous ex-spouse. Just to be safe... I'd recommend contacting a local P.I. and asking them to "run" that license plate. (They'll charge you a small fee to do so)... but knowing who it is/was might help you better sleep at night.
I just randomly yell out "Stop following me!" every few minutes.. Its worked out so far.
+Howard ....... Haha! Touche'
Uh, no. Just carry on with your daily duties/activities. Be normal.
@@pogeybait5289 you're the one who isn't normal... doesn't even know how to take an obvious joke.
psychedelic souljam- hmmmm-millennials! Ha!!
Thank you so much dude, I'm freaked out by some people who are making me paranoid but I can tell you know what you're talking about
What about looking at shoes? Even with constant changing of clothing, shoes would be the hardest to carry and change into.
+lorddjemso ...... I agree. On a few "counter-surveillance" assignments, I was able to quickly discover a threat... by his shoes. This industrial spy had changed his outfit multiple times, but wore the same shoes, thus making him clearly identifiable.

lorddjemso -why?
Pay attention to your surroundings women kids please they out there 😨
nice tour of old Torrance.
I've noticed its best to allow the person to pass you, if you pull into a gas station pick a spot right near an entrance if you walk in a store stay close to the entrance
Hillary Hastings Great advice. Thats where driving in the slow lane comes in handy. (Even if a team is following you, and/or utilizing "Leap Frog."
your advise was really great sir very professional n when I Said entrance I meant stay close to the gas station parking lot entrance/exit
A woman came and sat with uggs next to me at the beach. It was so pathetic and so obvious she was spying on me. Thanks for the tips!

T.L. Security Solutions don’t approach. Keep your cool, carry on with your activities. It might not be a PI.

Im being followed by two men and they are getting bolder even showing up at Starbucks and parking next to me
Any updates?
We got him.
What I would do is walk over to them and tell them to stop following me and mind thier own business.
No no no. Carry on with your day.

Just open up with GLOCK 9 mill that will sort it
Also lot police officers have training but no common sense
Don't do things where you would be followed. Be smarter.
You're a professional? Sounds like some mickey mouse bullshit..
"Look around, see if someone is following" - genius!

Thank you. What I've done so far is just told my neighbors in my apartment complex to keep an eye out for anything suspicious.
cops always say that when I find it that they don't want to push paper work.
if he's white that helps to point out
Seeton Maface -what? That’s a stupid remark
