    I was followed when I was walking home from a run in the park. I was pretty tired but noticed a guy behind me going the same way. He kept watching me and when I J-walked, he did too. I was roughly 30 meters ahead of him. I turned onto a residental street and once I knew the houses would conceal me, I took off, I couldn’t make it home so I stopped at a dog walkers house. I know her because I always bump into her walking her dog. She let me in and the cops drove me home. Please be safe out there!

      It's really scary being followed. I was once tailed through the town centre. Although I shook the creep off eventually, my peace of mind was disturbed for quite some time.

    One time there was a guy behind me at the ATM. I felt something was not right so I cancelled the transaction and walked away. The guy behind me did not use the ATM but instead he followed close behind me.
    I walked into a random store and he just walked away and I never saw him again.

    Followed around the grocery store up and down a few aisles, he never picked up anything. Turned around and looked him in the eye and asked if we were in his way. He mumbled no, put his head down and walked around us. I carry pepper spray, small taser & a knife. I was more worried about my kids than myself

    • @carriethompson9826
      @carriethompson9826 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      T G I have a question about the taser. It shoots out those strings that shock him. So, if he attacked you or your child or children, and you tased him, do you just leave the taser gun with him, or how do you get those shocker things out of him? Do you have to go over, and pull them out, or does it have a neat thing that just pulls them back into the gun real fast, kinda like a cord in a mixer when you push the button it retracts it back into itself real fast!? If you have to leave it behind, that is terrible, and you would have to buy a new one, but if it has a way to retract them, then that is cool, and you can still have it for protection, and get away! Of course, I know if it is a choice of you and your children getting away, or retrieving the gun, you would leave the gun! Just wondering! Thank you! I am really happy that you are all ok! That is the MOST important thing! 🤗❤️

    I was in the produce section of the grocery store just before closing so no one else was around. I was kind of in a corner by a door that said employees only when I saw an "image" quickly approaching me so I quickly B-lined it just to get away from the corner and to where I would be in a more open area to run or scream since there weren't many people. I looked up as I was going and it was my husband.......laughing hysterically like, "Where the heck were you going?" I said, "Maaaaan all I thought was, Not today! Not today!" You can never be too careful.

      I would think it's common sense I was followed off a bus late at night on the last bus home. I walked quickly ahead and ran down someone's garden , jumped a fence to another road. Did not turn around but kept at an even pace. Got to my house but didn't turn on the lights for quite a long time.

    I walk 5 miles a day to Winco and Walmart, but not after today. A very large empty parking lot was on my right, and a car dealership was across the street. I looked back to see if there were any cars coming so I could cross the street, surprised to see a masked, lanky guy walking behind me about 40 feet. As I waited for traffic to clear, he got closer. I crossed to the grassy median, totally jaywalking, and crossed the other side of the boulevard, and noticed him crossing there as well. I've NEVER seen anyone cross there. It's just an odd thing to do. My heart was pounding at this point. What had begun as my preference not to walk in front of a strange man (I'd much rather detour, stall, and walk a far distance behind him) my natural introverted tendency to distance myself from other walkers (which almost never needs to happen...I'm usually the only pedestrian) was now a very BIG coincidence. Why would he cross at the exact random non-intersection spot as me? I headed for the car dealership that was near, looking for their front entrance, and there were 3 salesmen standing around. I lost sight of the man in the lines of parked cars. I told the salesmen that I thought I was being followed, and we all looked up and down the street, but there was no sign of him. What I should do differently: don't have my earphones in. Look behind me periodically. Mix up my route. After crossing, walk in the opposite direction to confirm that he's following. Keep sight of him. I'm relieved there were plenty of big strong car salesmen, outside, to be a safe haven. I had no defense. I did have my phone. But strangely I didn't even consider using it. I was focused on getting into the presence of other people ASAP.

    My friend and I were walking at the beach at night (that is pretty far from home) and on our way back home, at a pretty dark tunnel she told me she thinks we’re being followed by two guys who stood while we were walking past them. I was in shock and didn’t know what to do and a few seconds later she confronted them until they walked away far from us. I was shaking cause I didn’t even noticed them and I started thinking what would happen if I was alone. To be sure they didn’t keep following any of us when we separated to our houses, she took the bus and I called a mental help institution telling what happened to me and the worker was talking to me until I was sure I wasn’t being followed, for about 30 minutes.
    I don’t know if confronting them was the best option especially when we didn’t have protection but she did have guts so I was relived.

    My bf and I were just followed at a public park, it was so weird. We were sitting on a bench eating a snack and playing pokemon go, when this strange guy with shades walked past super slow and stood over by the nearest bridge for the 10 mins we were resting. Then when we were figuring out which way we wanted to go home (we're in a new area) I saw the guy abruptly start following us and so we paused to look at a mural/map so I could scope him out. The guy legit stopped behind us, looking at the ground and pretending to be interested in his shoes and that's when I really knew something was up. Luckily a woman came jogging past and he realized we weren't going to be going any further so he was forced to continue walking the way we would've originally gone. It was a very quiet wooded path and I watch wayyyy too much true crime to end up a body ditched on the side of some creek. Even if it was an innocent mistake, I'm super grateful my father always taught me to be aware of my surroundings and to trust my gut. I knew something was off the second he passed us. Please listen to you intuition amd stay safe!

    When you are being followed, you turn around and hug him and scream not letting him go..... also for car follows you have to go 5 mph holding the horn and ignoring traffic... someone will come up to your driver door usually a cop.

    These tips are trash. I have some better ones. 1. walk or drive to the nearest police station 2. turn around and look directly at the person, the fact that you see them seeing you may spook off a person who's trying to secretly follow you 3. pretend you're on a call setting up a meeting with someone preferably a male 4. if you carry pepper spray or a weapon make it visible to the person. This may sound extreme but you have two scenarios... if it's someone who is not following you they may be a little creeped out, but if it is someone who is following you you just saved your own life.

    Professional surveillance teams (especially with the possibility of surveillance at home etc) make life very difficult, especially once you lose the ability to discern the ability to discern Professional surveillance teams from members of the public which makes you unable to trust people or at least very difficult, particularly strangers and even people who might approach you including anyone giving you a tap on the shoulder should such a situation occur, especially once actors from different nations are involved, especially once hyperpartisan divisions in any of these countries become obvious...

    I remember when I was 13 years old. It was the last day of school. My evil teacher Ms. Erica kept on harassing me to take my clothes off and two 12-year-old boys in my class named Bryan Edmun Orzle Troup and Matthew Thomas Connors were physically hurting my little brother Seth, who went to the school with me. He was 9 years old at the time. They threw Seth into a wall and tried to kill him. But I grabbed Seth by the arm and we both ran to our uncle Andrew's house since he lives close to the school. We were being followed by Ms. Erica, Bryan, and Matt. Since Andrew works from home, I banged on the door multiple times. Andrew then came to answer the door and I asked him if me and Seth could stay with him since we were being followed. He saw Ms. Erica, Bryan, and Matt, and let us in his house and locked the door. Ms. Erica, Bryan, and Matt, kept on banging at the door. Since it was such a hot day outside, he gave us cold water and asked us what happened. I told him that Ms. Erica was harassing me to take my clothes off while giving me two black eyes and a bloody nose and that Bryan and Matt threw Seth against a wall causing a big hole and tried to kill him. Andrew then called Daddy, his older brother, and told him to take me and Seth to the doctors since we both had black eyes and bloody noses and bruises. Then he told us to go wait in the backyard until Daddy got there. When Daddy texted me saying that he was here, I grabbed Seth by the arm and we both ran to Daddy's car while Ms. Erica, Bryan, and Matt, were too busy banging on Andrew's front door. Daddy then took us to the doctors and Seth had to go to the emergency room. I got a nose X-Ray because it felt broken. It wasn't even broken. It was just badly bruised. But then, my uncle Andrew answered his front door, got Ms. Erica, Bryan, and Matt, into his house, and yelled at them for physically hurting his niece and nephew. Then he called the police. One police officer were a good friend of Ms. Erica's, so he just took her home. The other police officer was a heavily pregnant woman with children of her own, so she took Bryan and Matt home. Bryan and Matt were grounded and had to do all the housework and Bryan had to clean up after his dog with his bare hands, which showed how disgusting he truly was. Matt had to say his prayers in Irish Gaelic, Scots Gaelic, Lao, and Thai, which are all difficult languages. He had to do it for hurting the Duggans. Then he had to do all the housework. Ms. Erica, who still lived with her parents at the time, was sent to her room and had her television and computer taken away from her. She wasn't allowed to speak on the phone. She didn't get her phone taken away because I have already taken her phone away from her when she wasn't looking. Ms. Erica's phone and phone number became Mommy's phone and phone number. I really have saved my brother's life that day. I am 26 years old and Seth is 21 years old. We're both autistic. Seth will turn 22 years old on May 25th. Ms. Erica's friend warned her that if she ever did that to another child ever again, she will be arrested.

    But this won't work with real criminals who maybe just want to use a syringe on you, which is the most used murder weapon in Scandinavia and it does not get investigated because it just gets reg as od even if the person aren't using that drug,, some put in something so you lose your ability to speak and seems psychotic takes just a few seconds, guns are expensive noisy illegal (if you ain't a sports shooter or hunter) and will get investigated. The real danger with this is that often they do it on the wrong people because they looks a bit similar or the killer just doing random, which happened a lot in the 2000s then mugged the dead body. You do not want the follower to catch up, so stopping is very stupid, when average people kill you that easy without any danger of being caught,, what do you think mossad or something like that mistake you for a target and you stop,, like mossad did at Lillehammer Norway (shot with a 22 with a silencer from inside a bag when passing him, don't let them pass you then they already semi control which direction you walk and he might not be alone but just the guy chasing you into a trap,, anyways I was looking for videos of how to spot the members of a mugging team, her they often try to just grab something and say it's theirs when you resist you get hit from the back by people who seems to be bystanders or coming to see what's happening,,, hard to search for,,my problem is that people usaly want to steal my insane and expensive bike, the chain i use as extra lock started becoming bike defender to, it's a really heavy one meter chain and I been forced to whip myself free from small gangs trying to hold on and push me over. When I'm home I use it to chain the bike to the radiator in my living room before putting on alarms and stuff, it's insane what I had to go trough in very short time to just be able to have fun with it in the city parks where I live,,, sad this video said nothing about when other syclists following you only to see where you stop to steal it..
